  2. Multicore support is getting critical. Last night i was testing with OpenXR overlay, trying to find where i have fps drops and almost 95% of the time i have a drop it´s because of CPU, having the GPU more than enough room to maintain 72 fps on VR, specially on SuperCarrier, and that with a 9700k overclocked to 5ghz, is insane
  3. Anyone has tried hand tracking? I have a Quest 2, it recognice my hands, setting up on mapping tool, make the correct bind on DCS but it doesnt work
  4. If i remember correctly, CPG George default burst has been always 20 rounds, if from pilot seat you open the George menu it always was 20 by default.

  6. I tried on my Quest 2, the performance is more or less the same as Oculus API but it looks better, some less shimmering. What I want to know if someone know how to fix the “fisheye” effect, tried change world scale on OpenXR option but nothing change

Im getting 72 fps most of the time (even on some Syria airfields with the Viper) with the next options: - Refresh 72hz - Oculus resolution 4100 (dont remember exactly) - DCS PD at 1.7 - Textures: Medium - Ground textures: Low - Water: Medium - Shadows: High - Clounds: High - Traffic: Low - MSAA: Off - SSAA: Off - Cockpit Global Illumination: Off - Anisotropic Filtering: x16 - Ground Shadows: Flat The only mod i use is Fholger VRPerfKit, with FSR at 75% and adjusted FFR. GPU is undervolted, Quest options via Oculus Debug Tool: - FOV: 0.92, 0.94 - Encode bitrate: 400 - Encode Resolution: 3963 - Link Sharpening: On Flying jets has no problem getting 72 fps almost all time, on Apache depends on the zone, for example, Viper instant mission Free flight on Syria, where you spawn almost above city at low altitud i get 72 fps.   10. Seriously, it´s ridiculous that we have almost every week some screenshot from the pilot model of a module released two month ago and absolutely nothing about the one of a 2.5 years old one, but, hey, that updated BTR-80 model that i can see every nut from 20k feets looks great! Priorities...
  11. And, the main thing problem right now about LOD things, please, fix the LOD for the cloud, it´s insanely low in VR!
  12. Working here, i use 1.3 PD on DCS and if not works (so, will be 1.0) it´s easy to see the difference. Try to change de value, accept and reboot DCS
  13. Using DCS on Windows 11, with the new fix for Oculus it´s runs perfect, even i think it´s smoother if you ask me...

  15. It’s the island from the carrier, if you let out the island from from your FOV you’d FPS will look good
  16. I don´t think a deadzone would be the correct fix but some kind of smoothing for the head movement, with a slider to adjust it
  17. Isn’t normal? On Hornet, same manufacture as Apache, it happens that way
  18. Everything you can do on Oculus Try Tool you already can on Oculus Debug Tool, already included on Oculus PC Software. The only thing you lose is the profiles for differents games, but on DCS if i want something different i use a .bat with a .txt where i define specific options for Oculus Debug Tools
  19. Hornet + SuperCarrier owner here and i think too that forcing to purchase SuperCarrier for using ACLS is a shame, it never was stated before. ED falls again on the same stone that on the WWII assets pack...

  22. This is not a problem from DCS but from the interpolation methods of VR devices, it happen on Oculus HMD with ASW enabled too
  23. Everytime ASW kick in you will have an stutter for half of a second and it happens every time you can achieve 72 fps so or you turn down graphics options to maintain 72fps always or you force ASW always enabled
  24. I thinks it looks more than "flying an helicopter isn´t for everyone" Cmon guys, auto hover and route mode, you like to be the passenger of your on bike?
