  1. Ah, so the postions are absolutely correct, but they are frozen in postion because the FCS BIT switch wasn't put back down.
  2. There is no 0 position, you don't want that. You take off with leading edge flaps down (LEFs), trailing edge flaps down (TEF), Ailerons down with the flaps, (AIL) and the rudders toed in. And stabs at >12 of course. So yeah, nothing should be 0.
  3. What are you trying to do? What I see is standard with WoW and flaps half.
  4. Everything is correct. Last thing you need is to press the T/O trim button.
  5. I know when you fire it, this is supposed to be true to an extent. Not sure about Jett though.
  6. Just thought of something, have you checked the Mission Computer logic doc?
  7. No, but the logic should be better than what it is in DCS. From a non-assignable format you can use SCS to cue Attk on the RDDI, HSI/SA on AMPCD, and AZ/EL on the LDDI in A/A. However RDR AZ/EL, FLIR AZ/EL, and Stores are all HOTAS accessable in A/A.
  8. "-24 is different guidance" Yes, I said it was different guidance... My point being that regardless, lasing at release is not what you want for any Paveway.
  9. No, that's wrong. Any SME could tell you that. Two words: "Bang, Bang" (-24 is different guidance, but lasing at release is still just stupid.)
  10. The Sparrow actually has an involved launch initiate process. The missile needs to be tuned, a compatible radar waveform activated, rear signal search and reception begins, and load the initial navigation commands.
  11. Do you have a track or video? It's very possible that it's correct and it's telling you to help the loft by pointing the nose up.
  12. Really just stream your view on Discord and they can watch from there
  13. For that specific situation the jet calculates it for you already! You actually have a TOD distance cue to a set waypoint(or TACAN) on the HSI. This is the number in the WYPT data block right below the fuel upon arrival figure. (in NM) With a ~10 degree descent at 250kts it will put you over the point at 2k feet. So if you want to end up 10nm away at 2k just add 10 to the TOD. So if it reads 16, then in 6 miles you will start your descent keeping the figure at 10. The -10 degree pitch angle at 250kts in anecdotal from a couple 2nd hand SMEs and testing within DCS, no hard logic on how it's calculated yet. In this image the TOD is 5 Edit: TOD = Top Of Descent
  14. Yep this is correct, the MIDS LVT terminal is what the TACAN uses when it's active the L16 data will be received but you won't have some other functions.
  15. No. Nothinga going to replace SRS unless ED really wants to do it. There is already and internal system btw.
  16. Yeah definitely not right for SRMs. I'm sure the entire delay is wrong to begin with. There's a launch initiate delay, which is when all the data gets sent to the weapon and it's prepped for release. Not that the trigger needs to be held for that long.
  17. The specifications of the engine and operations are all detailed, what we don't have are hard performance numbers.
  18. Nothing new here, we have a lot more data on the 402s from NATOPs anyway, this is just an improvement comparison but without any quantitative values.
  19. FYI adjustable velocity filters are not modeled.
  20. Not at all, you're way too fast. The F-16 even arcs at 450+
  21. When/uf things stop changing. Hopefully that's nowhere near soon though. So much work needs to be done.
