  1. No one cares about your feelings without data......
  2. Turn away, and not get shot at by SAMs, drop on multiple targets at the same time, spring obviously to mind.
  3. Ok, thanks for letting me know.
  4. As the the thread title suggests, is there a way of centring the pitch ladder in the HUD, in windy conditions, as you can do in the Viper and Hornet?
  5. Literally read 4 posts before yours.....
  6. You new to flight sim forums? lol Its an ever present theme, each flight sim forum I've ever been on for the last 20 years has had a small vocal set of posters who love to tell everyone else that how they play said respective games, and what their views on them are, are the only possible view you should have and will tell you over and over again, lol. They love to lecture the rest of the community why everything is perfect, that any issues aren't really issues and are of course the users fault. Truthfully, these days i find them pretty amusing, i don't know if its the same on other types of game forums, or unique to flight sims. The old ubizoo and banana forums were hilarious looking back, although I also learnt a great deal at the same time!
  7. So having more money, a better computer and hotas is an acceptable advantage, because as you rightly say, there are no hardware restrictions in this game, is your opinion? But at the same time you rightly and obviously point out, my observation is unenforceable and infeasible, re hardware. So is that why it is valid? While I'm not being completely earnest in my point, i am however gently pointing out the obvious ridiculousness of pretending software alone creates a level playing field....
  8. Question for you, is it cheating to have an expensive high fidelity hotas? Or should we all have to have the same potato computer and fly with the cheapest joystick on the market? I have read so many threads over the last 20 years on flight sim forums, about how multiplayer has to be the perfect homogeneous 'fair' experience, but it never has been and never will be due to hardware anyway. I've always been happily aware of the consequences to have more eye candy, not see dots as much as a result than the amusing individuals that run lower resolutions, min/max video settings to have that extra advantage. I guess some people just cry themselves to sleep if they're not the online reincarnation Hans-Joachim Marseille.
  9. What? Mine does.......
  10. Are you sure you don't mean Dettling? RAF Dunkirk was a Radar station.
  11. I'm 100% sure Dover airfield isn't on the map, as its never existed anywhere other than in your post. Its possible you mean Hawkinge, which is actually just outside of Folkestone, not Dover, located in the village of....... Hawkinge.
  12. I intend to get both on day one!!!!!
  13. Indeed that is weird then, not something I've come across myself
  14. TMS left is the shortcut that changes the polarity, are you sure you haven't accidentally hit left whilst trying to press up?
  15. I'm really hoping the Hispano's on the Spitfire will be looked at in the near future, pretty anaemic imo.
  16. Yep, its pretty deadly now!
  17. I also encountered the same problem. Auto hand off is impossible now due to this issue.
  18. Being serenaded whilst remapping controls on my new HOTAS,
  19. Messing around using the auto hand off feature in the TGP with Mavericks...
  20. Because I can, and I'm fully aware of what the wind is in that mission, and its negligible, (it might of even been off then, cause we turned it off for a bit because of a bug with warbirds for a while on the beta). Mainly because I can though.
  21. Why would you want to do a non break landing if you're doing a visual approach? Only time I ever come straight in is on an instrument approach. Besides, break landings are much more fun,
  22. New Super carrier night stuff in action,
  23. Just a little bit of free flight showing off the external model, its fantastic...
