Einen dedizierten A/G Modus wird es nicht geben, diesen besitzt das RDI Radar nicht. Auch kein Ground Mapping - was die meisten unter einem A/G Radar verstehen. Die A/G Fähigkeiten des Radars sind meines Wissens schon komplett eingebaut. Dabei handelt es sich um die Möglichkeit, durch das Radar die Slant Range zu messen und Bomben genauer abwerfen zu können. Ist auch schon mal dokumentiert wurden, ich glaube im Razbam/Mirage Forum.

I defeated a SA-3 missile with chaff in my M-2000, yesterday. I'll upload the Tacview track later. But you're right. Chaff isn't that effective like in real life.

Soweit mir bekannt, verwendet die aktuelle Beluga das Modell der Mk-20, da ED hier noch keine "echten" Beluga Eigenschaften in DCS implementiert hat.

Sorry, that I have to correct you, Wags. You and Chizh mentioned the upcoming National Training Center in January 2016, in two different - but official - weekend news. Source 1 There is no word, that you only think about it (loud). Source 2 Somewhere were mentioned, that the maps would also be expanded to the west and south. IIRC, this one was an unofficial statement. But the map is already extended in that directions, at least in the mission editor.

Zeus bestätigte vor einigen Monaten, dass der Auto Release Mode für die Gegenmaßnahmen noch implementiert werden soll. In der Mirage kann entsprechend des Threats zwar nicht das passende Programm automatisch gewählt werden, aber der Ausstoß funktoniert dann automatisch. Ansonsten fällt mir ad hoc auch nichts weiter ein, was an Feature noch fehlt. Mal abgesehen von den angekündigten A/G Waffen.

But Wags said in the past, that for the NTTR map there is also planned, to update and extend the map to the west southern corner, including the Naval Air Station and some other spots. Any news on this or is the NTTR map with its current status finalized? kind regards, Fire

Nicht ganz. Hat die VBH Version eine besonders Sensorik zur Aufklärung? Bzw. passen doch dort mehr als nur Pilot und Co-Pilot rein, also könnte man die auch im geringen Maße zum Truppentransport nutzen? PS: Ich wünsche Oliver (und Pat) auf jeden Fall viel Erfolg alleine. Denn ich kenne den dritten Partner aus früheren Staffeltagen ... :D

IIRC, the Hawk uses wires for communication between Radar and launcher. So technically, it should be possible. But I don't know, how DCS handles the communication between these units.
