  1. Old missions don't work, but you can still fly if you make new mission wiht old FC3 modules. New ones don't show up.
  2. As title says, there is a bug with R-828 tunner light, which will stay on as long as you are holding tune button. Frequency change is completed, but light stays on. BTW, frequency change is instantaneous, not taking time as before.
  3. Doesn't really instill confidence.
  4. It's not ATGMs, it's GUV pods. For future reference
  5. Post a track. AFAIK, you will get tone every time that crosshair is within small circle. Whether Petrovich will fire is different thing althogether. Are you sure that targets are not obstructed? Have you observed if text appears in top right corner(I would love to have audio warning for this, but ED....)?
  6. It works for me. Can you post track file?
  7. I don't know if it still works, because I don't use it. I just can't get used to it due to weird view shift, never could really figure out how to move head to look where I want to.
  8. It's only for picking cargo, can't be used once connected
  9. External cargo indicator RShift+RCtrl+P
  10. While I agree in general, I'd prefer if ED deals with their own stuff first.
  11. Collective correction is needed if you are changing speed to maintain your altitude. That post is a bit exagerating with "every twitch in pitch", but premise is sound. If you are flying level at some speed, reducing speed will get you climbing and vice versa. For now, set your power and use only cyclic to get you level. Speed will stabilise on its own. In fact, that's how I like to lead formation. Set power and leave it. If I need to climb, I just reduce my speed (how much reduction depends on how much I need to climb). That way, my wingman does not need to guess how much power he needs after initial correction to get into his position. Once set, all he needs to do is to match my altitude with cyclic, speed will be the same on its own. IMO, best way to get hang of this is to practice, practice, practice. It will get easier.
  12. I think OP is caught by latest FM. Huey has a lot of power, too much in forward flight, so by comparing it with how much collective movement is needed on other helicopters, I'm guessing overcorrection is problem. OP, just give it more time until muscle memory develops.
  13. We don't need to think, here is an example: ED stated numerous times that their resources are limited.
  14. Why is it OK for people like you (and me, just not for this bird) to whine about some bug not being fixed, but it is not OK for people to whine about really, really poor feature set of this release? And yeah, people that pre-order this will whine, big time. And what do you think would give us, as customers, more complete aircraft sooner? Current ED business model or us holding our funds until a module is completed? Speaking of development: 3 years old Apache is still flying 2.5x crab angle than it is supposed to. I see ED is working on it, full steam.
  15. You know, you could dial down your condenscension a bit. You want to buy and fly CH-47 in state it is now? Good for you. Some of us don't. Yet, we don't call you an idiot.
  16. BN stated on ED Discord it's expected to be 2 weeks, so probably not much of new features
  17. Take off- pull lever on the left, in flight- push pull the one between your legs, navigation- wiggle left right one between your legs, landing- push down on the lever on your left until you bump into something. For the record, this is all tongue-in-cheek.
  18. This one is easy: it's quite short list of systems in this rushed release, so not really much to make videos about.
  19. A lot of this is bollocks. People love KW because weapon systems work. Same was with Apache. When I was actively flying with BSD, I think maybe few percent of new guys tried autorotation or VRS or RBS. Create a route? What's that? Yet, every single one of them knew how to shoot HF or gun. Chinook is quite limited in its role and even that role is heavily neutered as it is now.
  20. Send track/miz file. I'll check it over.
  21. I haven't seen 0 chaff in a long time? GKO, what version of DCS are you running?
  22. If you have your sensor on target you could use IAT, but just for looking, no there is no way to make it ground stabilized.
  23. Now, now. Not everyone here is Army. Maybe because you are asking same questions over and over again and completely ignoring the answers we are giving you because you either don't like them or you think all of us are wrong. Your problem A is non-existent if you do what you are supposed to do. Like a lot of us here seem to be capable of doing. So it's a YOU problem, not a helicopter problem. As for your problem B, I'll give you this: But TL;DR is push the damn collective down!
