Hello guys, this is my first DCS mod that's been up on User Files for a couple of months now, but I've made a few updates greatly improving the mod since then and to avoid confussion and to make things easier, I decided to make this thread. This mod doesn't use stock DCS MiG-31 model, neither external or collision. It's not a MiG-31 replacer and what's important to people playing multiplayer - it doesn't break IC. The mod uses custom cockpit with majority of gages working, working lights, and datalink display. Mod is FC3 Su-27 dependent, which since FC2024 update means that you have to load the FC3 aircraft which is used by the mod before being able to jump into the modded aircraft. However the OvGME ready FC3 Fix mod I'm attaching fixes this but sadly it doesn't pass IC as it changes core game files. Along with the MiG-31BM I'm adding custom weapons - R-33, R-37 and R-37M. All of the added A/A missiles can be fired without launch permission override. Besides A/A weapons MiG-31BM mod can also use Kh-31P anti radiation missile, using a "dumb" fire mode with launch permission override. As of now mirrors and refueling option don't work properly. The wing vapor effect is completely absent on the Su-27/33...you can pull as many high G´s as you you wish there s no effect on the aircraft. Also the vapor effect on Flankers are wrong that they have no vapors on the wing/airframe edge like on the pictures. Only on the J-11A module are visible vapor effects but none also at the wing/airframe edge.

Clickable cockpits for Flaming Cliffs 3

A new mod that makes FC3 aircraft clickable is in development by RedK0d. All FC3 aircraft and Su-25T are partially clickable (limited to avionics implemented originally by ED). Hi there, DCS 2.7.6.13436 crashes with an access violation. It's the Su-33 Heavy Sky (hs_su33_17_v2.0.miz) The log then says: The system has determined the overflow of a stack-based buffer in this application. Not enough virtual memory. Application error: The instruction in 0x00007FFA1FA22E3C referenced memory at 0x0000000000000070. The operation written could not be carried out in the main memory. All driver bios are up to date. As per title, it is frustrating to turn off the AC for refueling and rearming, would be great if ED can add the functionality

I noticed that the SU-27/J11's canopy does not fly away from the aircraft when ejected on the ground and when open. This problem seems to affect only the flankers because I've also tested it on the Mig 29A/S/G and the canopy snaps off when you stand on the ground and opened Im using version 2.8.3.38090 MT

I ran across this old mod from years ago recently. Since the original dev has apparently given up the project, I decided to give it a facelift. So watch out, the F/A-18E is coming! It currently uses the F-15C cockpit/avionics like a lot of the VSN mods, and the external model isn't great, could do with roughmets and better textures at the very least, but it's free and it doesn't require you to own the F/A-18 Hornet module (unlike the CJS mod). Hi guys, I have recently downloaded su57, su35 and a4 mods. It is available for flying them in "Create Fast Mission". However, they are not available in mission editor. Is there any ways for adding the mod aircraft to different countries? -
Hi! I am a new player and I am wondering what module I should get. Because It is cheap, I will only be getting one of the FC3 aircraft (A10A, F15, Su27/J11, Su33 and Mig29). I have created a poll as to which aircraft I should buy and could I ask you why you chose that option in the discussion below. Thanks!

Hello Everyone, Just curious if ED ever plans to add the following aircraft into FC3? F-14A/D Tomcat F-15E F-16C F-18C/D/E/G/F F-22 MiG-29M MiG-35 SU-34 SU-50T PAK FA SU-57 Fictional aircraft: MiG-28 From Top-gun! (1986) = Converted F-5E I guess we can only hope for now, but if enough people request it, it will happen! There are some mods that needs to be added in with these aircraft as well as those that have already been released in FC3. Over the wings vapor, yes there is a mod out there, however, it only works on certain aircraft like the SU-27/SU-33 I believe and does not work in IC? If this modder can make it work than Dynamic Eagles should be able to as well! Cheers Mates!

As we all know, FC3's aircraft are Standard Systems Modeling and they do not have as complete functionality as Advanced Systems Modeling. Therefore, the functions of FC3 are relatively limited and highly homogenized/templated. In the recent 2.9.3 update, we have obtained new models of the FC3 aircraft, and the cockpit has also been made high-definition, this is exciting news. But it seems to be just an optimization of the texture. As for the avionics animations of some aircraft, they are still missing, such as The A-10A’s autopilot switch has no switching animation effect; The F-15C's landing light switch does not toggle with animation; The Su-25A navigation light switch has no switching animation effect; etc…… These missing cockpit animations actually correspond to the available avionics functions. I hope that the existing functional status switching of FC3 aircraft can provide feedback at the corresponding positions in the cockpit. Regarding this, the cockpit animations of Su-27 and Su-33 are almost perfect. At the same time, I would like to know that the inHg pressure setting value cannot be seen from the F-15C’s barometric altimeter. Is it true that there is not one, or is this function not simulated?

Hi! I have a couple of stand alone modules related to FC3, I update today(feb25) and tested the planes and see no changes, so; ¿Are the stand alone modules with the new textures? Notes: · I'm using vr+fsr I know it now look kinda blurry with the fsr but I know the difference. · I double check using the default texture (I have the blue english texturepack) · I also have texture config to high · Also can you fix the carrier weird reflections pls ?(the red lines in surface by the mirror) · Is the su25t with new textures? (I tried that too without luck) Edit 2: Looks like the new texture are running (based on switch red colour in the video) but it looks to blurry vs the video, vs a full module (I have the JF17) but

I hope this is the right spot to make a proper post. I recently bought myself an MSI Katana GF76...with 64 gigs of RAM and a 3050ti along with a 1tb SSD it was a bargain and I also like having the portability of a laptop. I also purchased DCS World and a couple of the FC3 planes too. I did sample the F-14 as well since ED allows for a free trial and wow...Heatblur is just phenomenal when it comes to quality. This Youtuber utterly desecrated the F-14 in terms of its capabilities but I feel otherwise with the two weeks I had with the module. The plane handles extremely well and the avionics are still somewhat competitive even with the newer jets. The TF-30s stall but it's not like what the internet claims where if you simply look at them the wrong way, they'll conk out on you...you have to be careful but still pretty capable. The B model just turns the dial up to eleven. It's also very maneuverable for such a large plane...once I had learned the basic controls, I did a few dogfights against SU-27s and while I'm no Growling Sidewinder, I held my own. I always loved the F-14 but had yet to fly it in a proper sim. My only experience with the aircraft were games like Ace Combat bravo, Heatblur. Youtube video in question below... -
Basically what the title says: FC3 aircraft can't communicate with JTACs to make it lase a ground target. The only alternative is to use a scripted one

Dear Eagle Dynamics, I would like you to add the feature to add / set waypoints on the F10 map. This feature already exist and works, with Combine Arms. If you set path (waypoints) to your own plane, after restarting NAV mode, waypoints will refreshed and display the new waypoints. Please ED allow us in multiplayer to add waypoints on F10 map. Started trying Su-33 carrier landing /takeoff today. Seems I've had 1 random explosion just taxiing and 2 random damage, one parked and one taxiing. Is this a known thing? Edit/add: Make that 3 random damage. One more just taxiing.
