Awesome afterburner and rivets. A little less zoomed in would have made this my background picture. But nice job on the shot.

Then you'll like these (x-posted from SimHQ):

Good grief. Look at the level of detail of the skin and textures. You can almost imagine a Russian worker's hands pounding that metal or something...

MIG21-02.jpg

Another thing, a little detail, the afterburner coming on effect is really, really good. The hue (or color or whatever) seems very realistic and it flickers ever so slightly making it appear alive.

Just initial blush stuff.. And I won't be writing much about it here unfortunately. A SimHQ staffer will give you guys the meat I'm sure at some point.

Is manual still top secret? :)

Hope everyone who has been flying so far has been having fun.

It's a great joy to see someone else enjoying our work after so long :)

The manual still needs some clean-up and improvement in some areas, as this was put on the backburner a while ago. (Header images mostly, and also grammar/sp. fixes in ENG version).

Renounce Denmark and admit Sweden is the superior Scandinavian nation, and you're totally in! Trust me! :D

Well all Swedes are loyal to vårt avlånga land. We renounced Denmark a few hundred years ago so by all means every Swedish person on here should totally have a copy of the Mig-21 right away. :joystick:

I renounce Denmark!! It would look much better as part of Germany anyway. Sweden can have the islands and the Faroes can go to the UK.

I guess Canada can have Greenland.

I will personally kill, **** and eat both the chairman and premier of my country if that's what it takes to get a copy of DCS MiG-21 right now.
