I know target spotting with different textures has been an active topic discussion, but I can't see squat with either the TGP or the Maverik camera in the A-10C. I was searching the forums to see if I could find a planned release date, because when it was announced a month ago it sounded like the release was right around the corner. One moment it's going to be released as an official DLC for $15.00, and the next it seems it's being released as an unofficial mod once Starway gets enough donations to compensate him for the time and money he spent making it. Vedexent Posted June 4, 2016 Posted June 4, 2016 I believe that ED couldn't incorporate it as an official mod due to issues with the DRM system they use - not sure what those were exactly. So Starway released it to the public after sufficient donations to cover his time and costs.

I've tried leaving them be and manually unzipping them and both result in the entire world being covered in "MISSING TEXTURE". (It actually made me crack up when I first saw it, I keep imagining a guy coming out of his house and thinking, "Welp, looks like the Matrix broke". I've actually never seen that movie; but I know I need to. OK, I should probably stop rambling now). I followed the JSGME tutorial and put everything in the right place. Maybe I should try a different extraction tool on the .rar file? Sent from my Computer using the Internet

I think what he is saying here is there are 3 factions: us, Starway, and ED, Starway "sold" it to us, not ED. Therefore ED would have to "buy" it by donating another $3000 to use it officially. Will each airfield have their own bespoke texture (For example I would expect an international airport like Tiblisi to have a better maintained runway than a small military airfield like Gudauta)? The .rar file must have gotten corrupted somehow; I simply downloaded it again from another source and it worked perfectly:). Amazing textures, Starway.
