Is it possible to run this without "forcing" players to have it? It would be nice to run this on my squads server without forcing everyone in our community to download the mod. In the past I thought mods could be used and people would just see a generic "flanker" model.

Radio doesn't work unless you're on the ground. Sorry!

You cannot air to air refuel to my knowledge due to tanker interaction + radio limitation without SDK. I can not confirm the AI being able to do it though.

Afaik it doesn't work, they always wanted to get it working but it wasn't possible (yet) maybe some day in the future it will be, they included it as part of the mod as the plane had it as part of it's payloads, same as the Wallleye, the tv for it doesn't work either so can only be used as a dumb bomb,
