Nooch Posted April 26, 2018 Posted April 26, 2018 Here's a real life one. That might be it although it looks a little weird in the sim. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Hawkeye60 Posted April 26, 2018 Posted April 26, 2018 Please do not fix it!!! All we need is to have ED expand the hole to about 20 to 30 km long, Add some nice colored textures and place it where the Grand Canyon should be located. Add the river and.... We have the Grand Canyon for a play ground! Canyon runs anyone? We also need this effect after dropping a nuke......... just saying.......... "Yeah, and though I work in the valley of Death, I will fear no Evil. For where there is one, there is always three. I preparest my aircraft to receive the Iron that will be delivered in the presence of my enemies. Thy ALCM and JDAM they comfort me. Power was given unto the aircrew to make peace upon the world by way of the sword. And when the call went out, Behold the "Sword of Stealth". And his name was Death. And Hell followed him. For the day of wrath has come and no mercy shall be given."
swatstar98 Posted April 26, 2018 Posted April 26, 2018 Maybe this is related with Fortnite meteor? XD Chinook lover - Rober -
Nick_17 Posted April 26, 2018 Posted April 26, 2018 Well you can actually check the co'ordinates in google earth or maps and see the exact location of our screenshots and there is neither a nuclear crater nor a meteor impact crater. The normal craters look way different btw: 1) Asus ROG Strix Z690-A Gaming Wifi D4 / i9 13900K @ 5,5 Ghz / Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 128 GB DDR4 RAM @ 3200 Mhz / Asus ROG Strix RTX 4090 / 2 x 4 TB SSD Samsung 870 Evo / 2 x 1 TB M.2 SSD Samsung 980 Pro / Meta Quest Pro 2) Asus ROG Strix Z490-E Gaming / i9 10900K @ 4,9 Ghz / Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 64 GB DDR4 RAM @ 3200 Mhz / Asus ROG Strix RTX 3090 / 1 TB SSD Samsung 870 Evo / 500 GB M.2 SSD Samsung 980 Pro / HP Reverb G2
Ithronwise Posted February 6, 2021 Posted February 6, 2021 (edited) At least the second crater is still there (found it by random). I mean, that's an enormous crater and maybe the digital workers of ED only have some virtual shovels to fill it in, but three years are a really long time to fix such a bug.
