It occurs to me it might be due to a high poly collision model. My low end PC can not compute if I am going to crash that fast. Please add this code to the Harpoon code without the quotation of the FFGX and it will make the harpoons disappear in the game " GT.WS[ws].LN[1].show_external_missile = false;" Also add it to any other mods you use with Harpoon launchers or any missiles for that matter. static_actual Posted October 28, 2022 Posted October 28, 2022 I've been messing around with the Seahawk some for something I'm doing, and I noticed that while you did AO, cavity, and roughness maps, it doesn't actually have roughmets as is. I took the liberty of converting said files to a roughmet (metallic is 0 for everything but the rotor, for which everything is metallic). I was wondering if you'd have any interest in my uploading those for you? 1

However, there's a problem with the USS Constellation, where some of the panels on the ship have missing textures. Do you know if there's a fix for this or is that not happening anytime soon? Another thing I've noticed is the fact the missiles seem to protrude from the launch canisters. Hope there's a way to fix it. null

The solution is to add the following line to the ship's LUA file (without quotes): " GT.WS[ws].LN[1].show_external_missile = false;" I had the panel textures problem, but this was due to a Mod conflict. It is solved for me now. Thanks to Admiral for his superb Mods ! Enjoy.

As for the mod conflict, what was the nature of your mod conflict? Over past couple weeks I have been trying to learn Substance Painters. It's a WIP. High Maintenance i've already updated the textures on the Oak Hill and the Constellation. I just haven't released them yet. The weapons on the Constellation are comparable to the weapons on the Admiral at the moment but they need to be tweaked before I release her. The Constellation has a new Anti-Ship Missile vice the Harpoons. Something i've found is that creating the AI Ship mod textures in Paint appears better than photoshop. Spino Posted November 22, 2022 Posted November 22, 2022 (edited) I really like the LA class submarine, but it does have some issues. For one thing, it doesn't seem to fire its weapons anymore, at anything. Aside from that and the missiles sticking out of the VLS cells, its main issues are with armament placement. Currently both Tomahawks and Harpoons launch from the VLS, which is incorrect. The VLS can only launch Tomahawks. The Harpoons should launch from the torpedo tubes. Aside from that it shows up named incorrectly, should be something like "SSN Los Angeles Flight II", not USS Los Angeles Flight II SSN 688. USS Los Angeles was the first ship of the class, with hull number 688, and never had the VLS tubes.
