SuperKungFu Posted October 22, 2015 Posted October 22, 2015 Happy "Back to the Future" day, October 21, 2015 - the day Marty McFly came to the future in the movie, the fans recreated the scene at the Puente Hills Mall (or should I say Twin Pines Mall) where it was first filmed in 1985. Fast forward to our time, it's interesting to compare their outlook of the future and our reality: Although we don't have our flying cars yet, at least a few predictions came true like the hoverboard (sortof from Lexus), television phone (FaceTime), video glasses (Google glass)...etc. now if only Nike comes out with the self-tying power laces and if the Cubs win the World Series by the end of this year, I would say back to the future did a good job with the predictions.
