Your wish for an activation revoke utility is noted, although I can't say whether it will be fulfilled.

and what about ppl who don't know this forum or don't speak english? for me this activation issue is a scandal. I would never buy the game if I would know about this.

btw. I hope they also fix laggin and jerkin sound and human aircraft in multiplayer mode. the game wants to be the most realistic sim ever, but jumping kamovs aren't so realistic.

A fully working TANK addon would be nice. Clickable cockpit, different positions (gunner, driver, commander, MG...).

Great improvement for multiplayer battles.

Yeah, a nuclear submarine simulator (with fully clickable submarine) would be great, too. Or maye a carrier ship! :joystick:

If you live to fly again, it's a successful landing. The plane being able to fly again is just a bonus.

Land vehicles waypoint state to carry over to added waypoint. (as 'on road' does)

This is really infuriating when making missions. Land vehicle waypoints unless set to 'on road' always default back to 'off road', even though you set the 1st to be 'rank' when you set the next it will be 'off road'. This can be very time consuming when mission making.

&

Land vehicle: please add 'loop, begin & end' as waypoint types

From a thread started by another person so he really gets the credit, the ability to HIDE static objects until a trigger activates them just like regular units.

There are many simmers out there; chopper-simmer, tank-simmer, plane-simmers...when all these guys meet at one server, group into two teams and fight with choppers, tanks, ships and infantry...hell, thats what I would call a Digital Combat Simulator.

now since i began creating more complex missions, i'd love to have a button on the mission editor, that would show you a selected area in 3d aka how it will look in the game.

Just adding what might been said before. But a loop option for vehicles as well for waypoints. A generic "CYCLE" waypoint that would work for all types would be great. Like arma.

Hi,

What about an "invisible" FARP, or only one station of a FARP, without anything else that we can put where we want on the map in order to land "in the country" ? (In fact, like in IL-2, we had two types of runway, one visible, the other invisible - reducing the FARP at only one station would help to keep it plane on montains...)

And second : would be very happy if i was abble to use boat as Ka-27, I mean, option to take-off a Ka-50 for a carrier would be nice !

Thanks !

It would be nice to implement VOIP using the Ka-50 radio in multiplayer games. If you change the frequency of the r-800 radio, you can get your buddy on the same frequency to talk back and forth. I think that would really add to the immersion of the sim. Then if you were on the opposing team, you could also try to find the frequency that your enemy is on and listen in. It would really promote radio silence and using code to talk back and forth.

It would also be nice to add sound clips to certain frequencies throughout the map. There could be a broadcasting tower at all the airports. It would also be nice to tune to your prefered frequency. Then I could add an ATC soundclip to a designated frequency.

I hope these get impemented in future patches

It would really promote using teamspeak or ventrilo, that's it. It will end up as a useless feature that puts a lot of pressure on developers.

That is a wish list, not the contrary. BTW ED already considered it using Mumble:

You could simulate audio distortion, loose of signal due interferences, automatic channel sorting, etc.

Hello,DCS Team!

I have a suggestion:

Is an improvement broadcasting scope, suggest whole map overlay!Make the player able to open music that the broadcasting station listens to his/her own computer inside at any time,

Thank!

So lets say that i expect to see these... sooner or later DCS builds (as i heard game engine is still in the works)

1. Realistic human animations (infantry men, pilots, even when you eject)

2. Realistic graphics - FX (generally)

3. Realistic Maps

4. Multilayer co-op and aircraft sharing (like fsx)

5. AWACS & Air Traffic Control

6. Pilot Records, achievements and medals (also in online)

By adding more features into gameplay its going to be atractive to gamers even from other game genres, that would be a good marketing move.:greedy:

Keep up the good work, don't forget, you already made the best combat flight sim: lomac, and soon with DCS Series you will go even above of Micro$oft's fsx experience.

I know i'm maniac...:geek:

With the Apache i don't care which version of it lol..

I wish DCS engine had global map, as subs17 mentioned.

Personally - I'd rather they didn't.

I would like to see other maps &/or additions to the current map, but I like the level of hand crafted detail in (LO &) BS - you can do a sight seeing tour and see things that actually exist in the locals you visit.

A world map may allow you to go anywhere in the world & have the right geographic feature & textures that look great from 5000m up, but unless you buy add ons, it's all pretty generic in the structures that exist on top of those textures - if any exist at all. Try visiting Wellington NZ & flying around at ground level in FS9.

I'd rather they rolled out new overlapping maps at the current level of detail with each module in databases that you could chose between at the mission planning stage, loaded with the mission and that could change as a campaign moved forward & back (so with BS you got Russia from the Crimea/Georgia. Maybe next module you could from Poti to Mosul & Erzurum to Tabriz - that would get you a reasonable chunk of Turkey, Armenia, most of Azerbaijan, a little bit of Iraq, a little bit of Syria, a chunk of Iran... plenty of scope for conflict.. & then head either SW with each new module towards the holy lands or, with one border of Iran available, jump across to the other border & do Bam up from the coast to Birjand, across to Kandahar & back down to the coast which gets you Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan. Again - plenty of scope for conflicts at a variety of scales, Military Blocks and equipment mixes...

I want my pilot armed with Ak-74, shoot enemy soldiers, blow up stuff, knows some knife fight and Kung fu, supplied a medical kit, knows how to rig an IED on the expected path of enemy convoy, knows how to hotwire civilian cars, knows how to do side missions to earn reputation among local gangs...and occasionally goes to local strip clubs
