With this problem going on for months you'd think they'd have some what-if-scenarios prepared. 1

There are legal issues to consider and rules to follow, at this stage we will have to wait for a resolution to the dispute. thank you 5 1 Forum rules - DCS Crashing? In any case my point was that there's not a lot of signs pointing towards ED having a plan to prevent the loss of trust or maybe I'm wrong and what we're seeing was the plan all along and has been deemed the least costly option.

Yeah, its funny right? I just made a Google AI translate from French to English (let's blame google i guess for butt-translating) of what Galinette discussed with a colleague/user or whatever you want to call it and summarize it in some bullet points for simplicity, without adding of substracting anything other than what have been said, and now he is shooting at me for posting that in this forum. Even when i clearly state this may have missing information in the very beginning of my post. Please let's stop being childish, i have no interest in making someone look like he has said anything different to what he has said, for sure not trying to make him look like saying the opposite (sigh...). Very happy to be pointed out where i try to make Galinette look like he has said a different thing. Galinette if you regret sharing information on the internet, just don't do it, but don't shoot the messenger. Anyway i'm out of this particular non sense. I hope this is solved soon for my sake, I love the F15e and other RB modules and I love DCS, and i want them to stay together. 1 1

There must be a reason why when there is a mess there is always razbam involved. 6 4

Changing the status is also not the only other option how to handle this, some of which may give customers more reasons not to lose trust than others. In any case all of the options are definitely possible - it's just that ED decided they involve too much (potential) damage compared to what we see now. Maybe mostly ignoring it and a mega-thread for customers to vent was the plan all along idk - not sure if that makes me feel better than ED being surprised. Perhaps that's even the best for the business (certainly short term) but that doesn't mean I like it. Edited June 12, 2024 by Blackeye

I don't think there's a rule that stipulates that the only thing ED can do is wait (and it certainly would not apply to us as customers) - in fact, if I'm not mistaken ED is processing returns of the F-15E for store credit, so there are things ED already does - could be more though imho.
