In the next DCS, I think I go for the Mig-25 Foxbat airplane which goes very fast and very high. I like high altitude and high speed flight! Thanks!

I vote Su27SM3... but with reservation. The poll is stupidly constructed; the original poster clearly wants the latest-greatest variants of everything. Which is fine and well to me- but only if they are widely deployed.

 

The MiG29M is a silly option, as there's only like a dozen in existence. Only like three MiG35s, and as best I know, none operational. There are all of six Su-25KM. Three PAK-FA, and none have ever employed any weapons system, even in testing. Let's be honest, no one who says "we shouldn't make the F-35 because it's not operational and there's so few of them!" can honestly support most of the poll options on this poll; there are more F-35s out there than most of these variants.

 

So I vote Su27SM3, as it's a good representation of a fair-size chunk of the Russian Flanker fleet. I'd have preferred Su27SM, but as far as I know, they're virtually the same in equipment and capabilities anyhow.

 

I would have chosen the Su24 over all of them, as it opens a new role to the Russian side in-game, but the M2 just isn't that widely fielded. The Su24M, though, I'd be all for

I would much rather see a Mig-17. The Mig-17 saw a lot of action, over many years and many wars. I think it would be a highly challenging underdog plane in multiplayer match ups.

I've got lock on Gold which has a DRM that is extremely odious.

 

IIRC to get flaming cliffs 3 you've got to have lock on and no way am I going to install that with the almost criminal DRM that is installed with it.

Indeed, since ~2 months or so you don't need lockon anymore for FC3

Lockon has absolutely no DRM whatsoever and never had. Flaming Cliffs, not needed for FC3, has.

 

In any event, as mentioned, no longer a prerequisite.

I will be really happy to see the SU-34, this is an incredible aircraft.

Design around the SU-27 it become a bomber but keep most of the agility of the fighter, way more agile and faster than a lot of others aircraft.

 

Supersonic and long range.

Air refueling capability.

Large payload with basically 12 pylons and can carry almost 2 time heavier payload than the A10.

Really nice avionic apparently with great autopilot.

Two seater aircraft which can provide both multiple possible role for single player like Huey and MI8 do, or for latter multiplayer multiple crew.

And even if its not modeled, fun cause he have kitchen a toilets, and lateral two seater configuration are interesting.

Able to carry large AA and AG payload including Air-Sea weapons.

A radar in the tail !

 

And in plus of modern avionic such as MFCD, he also permit a lot of various missions, and its a god damn incredible Russian aircraft !

And it can be a great opportunity to start getting heavy aircraft such as bombers, for a transition and maybe a B-1B will be possible someday for compensate this monster, and its also a great opportunity for introducing guided bombs.

I'd take a regular MiG-29A or the S, because how is anyone supposed to make an accurate simulation of a plane that is highly classified and has never been used before except for test flights(MiG-35)?

 

PS. I prefer the MiG to the Flanker :)

If there is enough data to properly model one with the same accuracy of the, say, the Ka-50, I think the Su-35S would be a good choice. The Su-27 is already getting a PFM, and the Eurofighter doesn't really have anything to challenge it on equal terms.
