I actually tried your cockpit files too and I loved them but wont be able to use them until I get a faster gaming PC. That mod will be the first to be installed when I have a decent machine !

Anybody noticed that in the latest update 1.2.10 32095 Update 1

the \Mods\aircrafts\ folder is changed to \Mods\aircraft\?

 

Anyway I did all the mods manually & they seems to work:)

Yep, thanks for the tip. I forgot this was true adding this mod to my DCS World Open Beta installation, using Jones Soft JSGME for all my mods.

 

I am currently running DCSW version 1.2.16.43180 on October 1, 2015.

 

That is why the HUD Laser temperature indicator was not being displayed in game SP and MP. I was going nuts why this was not working correctly. Brought this thread up and reread all of it.

 

All I did was rename the sub-folder's path in my JSGME's _MOD folder from aircrafts to aircraft.

 

It works, now!

With the latest update to DCS World should the "resources" folder be changed to "textures" or "indicationtextures" or stay as "resources"?

Hi Devrim, thank you for your awesome mods (I use your blue cockpit and rotor sounds).

I'm also interested in this mod, mainly because of the laser temperature indication. I dont care as much for westernized Shkval, Ekran and HUD symbology, I'm pretty much used to all the azbuka readings, but the laser temp is neat really. Does it work with DSCW1.5?

Also, is it possible to have only the laser temp indication, while keeping the original russian HUD, Shkval and Ekran azbuka information?

I will probably switch to cyrillic cockpit soon, so the helicopter is as realistic as it gets, now that I pretty much remember all of the functions in the westernized cockpit and mostly I dont need to read the captions above buttons and switches (also I can read azbuka, so its nice to practice a bit).

This mod now is working with DCS World v1.5.2 and is ready to be uploaded (updated), but I couldn't find time to do that.

 

I promise, tonight I'll handle it completely. :idiot:

Okay, here's the file.

 

Grab the mod folder and drop into DCS World folder. The mod has original file, you won't need to backup something or if you're using JSGME, you already know what to do. :)

 

The main mod is now uploading.

Thank you Rudel. I feel a strong responsibility about my mods. Sometimes (if there's a DCS update) I can't fly without checking, fixing or adapting them to new update. I can't sleep well. :)
