ED Team Wags Posted October 1, 2012 ED Team Posted October 1, 2012 (edited) DCS: Black Shark 2, 1.2.1 http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/index.php?end_pos=136&scr=products&lang=en • Restored the vertical bar on the Ka-50 right window (view inside cockpit). • Corrected brightness of lamps and devices in the cockpit. • Corrected shadows of IR rockets on the water. • Fixed Abkhazia skin for Ka-50. • Adjusted clickable zones in the cockpit. • Corrected number of saved PVI zones in memory. • Fixed NDB indication on ABRIS map. • Corrected shadow on the ground from rotor blades. • Fixed Ka-50 repair procedure when on the runway. • PVR is no longer powered by SUO (Weapon Systems) switch. • SUO (Weapon Systems) switch logic has been revised - now it controls the ability to fire weapons and to display weapons status. Additionally, external fuel tanks will not transfer fuel when the switch is OFF. • Autopilot control panel and Datalink panel lamps status is now reset when electric power is lost. • Hydraulic system related instruments will no longer work when electrical power is lost. • Ambient temperature indicator (the one above the pilot on the cockpit ceiling) was implemented. Installation Uninstall all previous DCS products prior to versions 1.2.1 To be safe, delete \Saved Games\DCS files Install DCS World 1.2.1 Install DCS module 1.2.1 Note: A new activation will not be required unless this is the first time you have installed the product. Please note that MP requires you to have all products S/N activated using the same DCS (webshop) account. An airplane by it's nature wants to fly, and if not interfered with too strongly by unusual events or by a deliberately incompetent pilot, it will fly. A helicopter does not want to fly. It is maintained in the air by a variety of forces in opposition to each other, and if there is any disturbance in this delicate balance the helicopter stops flying; immediately and disastrously.

Imho, "BS2 Upgrade version" serial should also work for BS in DCS World ...and if you have any version of non-World BS2 already installed and registered, than you don't need to registrate World version again. It's always bugged me (ever since BS1) that there was this nifty, useful gauge that just sat there and did nothing. Yay for being able to monitor the temperature! ...I am far too happy about that... 1

Having bought the Russian and English versions of BS1 and the upgrade to BS2, I feel that I should be viewed as a good customer. Unfortunately, the process of upgrading from 1.2.0 to 1.2.1 is considerably more complicated for this good customer. Why be so restrictive? Geskes Posted October 1, 2012 Posted October 1, 2012 I also have to reactivate, I have bs2 upgrade, but when I try it says: "Activation denied by server. Invalid Hardware Code. Make sure the Serial Number used is valid for the product you are trying to activate, generate a new Hardware Code and try again." Other modules activated fine. Any clues? Already tried to activate bs1, that worked but in bs2 I still have same error. I7920/12GBDDR3/ASUS P6T DELUXE V2/MSI GTX 960 GAMING 4G /WIN 10 Ultimate/TM HOTAS WARTHOG
