Hopefully the 27 pilots will be happy for a little bit after they get the new pit! That is some good news, so looking forward to flying it when I get back. Might have to buy it while I'm here at the $40 dollar price and not the $50 final price.

I wouldn't say crybabies, everyone wants the jet they fly to get upgraded. So, with the upgrade to the 27, I wonder if the 29 and 33 will follow?

Does anyone know if it is now possible to reroute player-controlled FC3 aircrafts? It would be particularly interesting if one would be able to update the navigation route one those aircrafts since this is now not possible once the mission has started.

FC3. SPO not reacting to launch of an I-HAWK or S300 is partially resolved.

FC3. Fixed F-15C ADI operation reversed.

FC3. Fixed A-10A ADI operation reversed.

FC3. F-15C/A-10A. Fixed autopilot not allowing refueling during tanker orbit.

FC3. Corrected and adjusted Russian A-10 campaign by Dzen.

FC3. Fixed some errors in F-15C campaign.

FC3. The MiG-29 HUD diamond on the target will now only appear when it is locked by radar.

FC3. Updated SEAD payloads and air defense deployments in some missions.

FC3. Missiles DLZ has been partially corrected.

FC3. Stations display on Su-27 and MiG-29 HUDs was made more realistic – just an "underscore" is displayed if a weapon present, and station number is additionally displayed if weapon is ready to launch.

Fixed stations display on Russian HUD – only stations for currently selected weapon are displayed.

Implemented MiG-29S style of stations display on HUD.

FC3. Fixed the IRRAD mark for the Russian aircraft. This would overlap with range tape.

Combined Arms. Unarmed vehicles will use their sensors when acting as a JTAC.

Lock On: Flaming Cliffs 3 (FC3) Update

Per the list above of FC3 changes, work on this module continues. However, the module will likely be in a protracted beta development stage as we create new content for it that our customers have been asking for.

The most noteworthy being a new 6 DOF cockpit for the Su-27 Flanker. We also plan to release a new radar mode for the MiG-29S that allows dual tracking and engagements of targets with the R-77 air-to-air missile.

From what i read in the replies, it seems that everybody here is expecting the new Su27 pit to be released now together with the 1.2.3 update. I hope so to but...

If you read the quote again, why is the Su27 6DOF pit not included in the first part talking about updates to the DCS modules which has a large FC3 section?

Secondly, the word about the Su27 pit comes after the phrase "Per the list above of FC3 changes, work on this module continues. However, the module will likely be in a protracted beta development stage as we create new content"

For me this means it's in the works and not to be released in this upcoming 1.2.3 patch.

But then again... i'm already happy with what they will bring now.

Win11 Pro 64-bit, Ryzen 5800X3D, Corsair H115i, Gigabyte X570S UD, EVGA 3080Ti XC3 Ultra 12GB, 64 GB DDR4 G.Skill 3600. Monitors: LG 27GL850-B27 2560x1440 + Samsung SyncMaster 2443 1920x1200, HOTAS: Warthog with Virpil WarBRD base, MFG Crosswind pedals, TrackIR4, Rift-S, Elgato Streamdeck XL.

Personal Wish List: A6 Intruder, Vietnam theater, decent ATC module, better VR performance!

Su-27 pit won't come in 1.2.3, only external model (and it is beautiful ;))

You read good, it's WIP and will be included in one of the later updates

Lange, it might not be released during that time, but they know it's coming. Looks like I'm gonna have to relearn how to fly FC all over again with all these new fixes.

Kinda, you must jump out of the aircraft with RAlt-J, set the new waypoints with Combined Arms and then RAlt-J back in. It was never intended as a feature but it does work.
