Not yet.

^this. Any idea on cost for one of these beautiful sticks?

I believe hegykc has not firmed up a price until such time as he can prepare the sticks for

release. He has mentioned an approximate price range in a much earlier post. We will see.

The extension is not bent in these renders, and the ejection handle will be offset further into the seat but yes, it's a concern. But it needs to be done one way or the other because it would bring an enormous improvement over the desk/chair mounted stick, more improvement than all the other features combined, in my opinion. Especially if it can be done at virtually no price increase at all.

I am very impressed with what we have seen so far. I am using an Obutto seat and was not content with the central-pedestrial mount for the Warthog at all (neither was I content with the Warthog itself). Therefore I am very interested in a ground placed, central long-stick sollution.

I share the concern about the stick being too far forward due to the edge of the seat. I belief in many fighters the seat is cut back a bit between the legs to allow full aft deflection with a closer mounting. Since I am not going to cut my Obutto, I would propose a curved extension that bends around the seat edge as is common in many helicopter cyclics.

Did I hear Obutto compatible? Once I get my hands on this bad boy (when can I throw money at you?), I will make it my mission to mount it to my Obutto r3v in the best way possible. If I have to design and 3d-print a prototype mount to make it happen (to share the design with hegeykc of course), so be it!

The Obutto Warthog mount was originally a mod I made before Chris Dunagan took the idea into mass production (he was even kind enough to ask beforehand!), so I think I'll be able to come up with something for that.

Hegeykc, if you need some measurements of an Obutto r3v, let me know!

Is there currently any information regarding a timeline of these products?

Absolutely. But the very size of that crowd would overrun my capacity. Once these prototypes are tested thoroughly, manufacturing ramps up and I am no longer a one-man-show, I will definitely take a look at Star Citizen.

Well, if you ever want to test your stuff with Star Citizen, please remember there's a decent DCS community who are floating about in there as well.

It would be tough , but I'm sure I could force myself to test for you. :)

Hi guys

for the past month I had to take a brake. Had a little sim overdose and was a bit burnt out :) It's also the middle of summer here so the temperatures are killing me.

But,

many things to come in the next months. I will be having base and ejection handle prototypes made, and finishing my equipment and tools so stay tuned...

Could you do the same for the VolairSim seat as well? I have a simular issue that I'm trying to find my way around.

Now you just need to figure out how to transform a throttle into a collective in 3 or 4 easy clicks and in under 30 seconds and you'll have the most popular left handed sim product of the century :)

well that and maybe a universal forcefeed back attachment.

Not really, don't own that setup. But if you have already mounting plates, all you have to do is to cut them to size, drill some holes and you're done. There is a drill plan available on the Thrustmaster homepage in the support section, that should help you a bit.
