I barely used you my ICP and handled it a bit rough, though this stick broke. I opened the case an realised that I could use some superglue to fix it. In the meantime I got into the same situation that the stick rolled along uncontrolled. i can't remeber exactly what i did, but for me it was easy to see that I had to assemble it again. Some part was not on the right place. Pleas open the device and try to understand how the, a little bit strange, mechanism works. Since gluing my ICP works fine again.

My last comment was firmly tounge in cheek, I'm really looking forward to the arrival of the C-130J and it'll be interesting how it will affect MP server play.

Maverick E (laser) doesn't track laser after fire
Anubis_94 replied to Anubis_94's topic in Bugs and Problems
As simple as it is. F18 manual here, the launch constraint circle is explained, a 15° circle (mav launch above was 24° according to tacview): I though that MAV LKD was enough, should have re-read the manual to avoid a RTFM answer Thanks . -
Oasis Driver now in Steam Store for windows mixed reality
Tom Kazansky replied to Kayos's topic in Virtual Reality
Have you tried the trouble shooting guide / known issues? https://store.steampowered.com/app/3824490/Oasis_Driver_for_Windows_Mixed_Reality/ https://github.com/mbucchia/Oasis-Driver-for-Windows-Mixed-Reality/wiki -
Good suggestion, switch to MSAA no change. I think I will. I understand it may be even better then even IRL. But as DCS goes it was not like this a few weeks ago.

Maverick E (laser) doesn't track laser after fire
Tholozor replied to Anubis_94's topic in Bugs and Problems
In your second attack, the Maverick was fired from well outside the keyhole, meaning although the seeker itself can see the laser before launch, it's losing it once it comes off the rail. Try to launch within these constraints as much as possible for any Maverick attack. (Image is referenced with the A-10, but the keyhole is still applicable) -
I hope there are lots of videos to calm our hearts until the release! I'm counting down the days until the release!

Hello, Sometimes, the maverick E doesn't track the laser even after : a well "MAV LKD" on the hud (anyway, the mav won't go if not locked) a target in front of the plane (~ -10° down) Laser code mav-TGP OK Here is a track on the 2.9.18.12899, as well a video and acmi. The issue is observed with the 2nd mav (2min30 mark) test_mavE.trktest_mavE.acmi

PSVR2 - now works with Eye Tracking and Quad Views!
AlpineGTA replied to proxlamus's topic in Virtual Reality
Does this work with AMD cards? I noticed everyone who's posted that's using it seem to be using NVIDIA cards. A quick search mentions AMD compatibility issues, something to do with HDR and 10-bit colour support, but I don't know how up to date that information is. -

Some confusion here. He's talking about VAICOM, (Viacom is a broadcast company), is a plugin for VoiceAttack which let's you speak your radio commands instead of using the menu for ATC, JTAC, tankers, wingmen etc. It will also let you talk to Jester in the F-14. It's not about voice comms for multiplayer. As far as I know, ED is not currently working on a similar system. Cheers!

Yes. You're definitely better to start a new thread because it will get overlooked when it's in a "correct as is" thread.

you are right, I do lose a lot of time on this Forum, I will try to refrain from this a bit and focus on my flying time instead

Foxtrot1960 started following Ka-50 III - ADF Plate channels and names
-
Here is my problem/request of help: I'm now working since a wile to missions with the Ka-50 (I love it!). I usually adapt the different ADF channels according to the needs in the preset frequency channels in the ARK-22 section of the chopper. I usually pay no attention to the fact that my ADF channel plate in the cockpit is blank... but now. If you are working on a mission in the Persian Gulf or in Syria, completely blank! What I would like to do is to populate the plate with names and channels according to the presets I choose. More, considering that I make often use of FARPs, I would like to add the name of the FARP together with che ADF/NDB channel/freq defined in the mobile beacon used (and added in the ARK-22 of the helo), or adding the information above for AFB present in the map but with no NDB (using as before the mobile one). questions: 1) Is this possible? 2) if yes, can someone give me an example of lua scripting? (not so expert to find out by myself ). I have to say that I failed trying to modify the default ARK.lua file adding a section for the Syria map (the default contains Caucasus and Nevada) and referring to the Syrian beacons.lua file... Thank you

@AeriaGloria Just flew some circles again. Not the best but good enough. TRK file is attached. Boring to watch except for the numbers. I love how this aircraft will accelerate away from you, if you get distracted, and trash the Gs. MiG-29A--Sustained Turn Rate.trk

It's a structural limitation on the A/B, but I'd have to look at my A/B/C/D Dash One from a later period, when the A had the -19 engine upgrade. If you're extrapolating the chart, you can see that at 17klbs at SL, she could just about maintain 7g. The C/D was strengthened an for sure had a 7.33g limit. So did the following models.
