    I'm in the process of making comparison GIF for all aircraft. So far, I made 6 of them and I can tell you that: HUD boldness is not affected by resolution for the following aircraft: JF-17 (the result is very clean) A-10C Ka-50 (the result is poor because characters are much too bold, whatever the resolution) HUD boldness is indeed affected by resolution for the following aircraft: AV-8B F-16 F/A-18C I stand corrected about the AV-8B. This GIF method is the best I could find to demonstrate the issue (even to myself). Thanks for pushing me harder when it's needed, gents. Once I'm finished, I'll report all affected aircraft individually.

    @DSplayer Thank you so much for this beautiful cockpit. A comment for the comments regarding the wear state etc: At some point, the a/c was out of the factory, right? So it is just a matter of taste. I can confirm that lately the cockpit mods are not working. Though, I managed to installed it with the use of OvGME targeting to files to installed in the core DCS directory and the directory string to be: AC Mod - F-14 Factory Clean Cockpit (DSplayer)\Mods\aircraft\F14\Textures In the folder: "Textures" add the files found in the "F14B_Cockpit\default" directory as you download them.

    I think the ECM takes some time to warm up before you can use it. How long did you wait after putting it into ON and trying to activate it?

    Finally got around to checking (been to busy with the other F4. But using that does not help at all. Aircraft shake violently during tracks.

    Hi, I set the ECM to both self-protect mode and barrage mode at startup. I used both functions during combat with the ECM enable light on as it should be. On the way back, I turned the ECM off and then back on, following normal procedures for turn on ECM in barrage mode (ECM mode, countermeasures set, etc.). However, the ECM enable light never came on again with the aft command in barriage mode, as if the ECM was no longer functional. I experience the same problem turning on for the first time the ECM when in flight instead of at F16 startup. Maybe do I miss somthing? Thanks for your help.

    The team is working on this, as it’s not within ±1.5 mm during the IPD setup. Regarding the wFoV software solution, the experience may vary between users. Personally, I’ve had a similar experience to yours.

    I fly on a 3440x1440 monitor, and all aircraft still have bold lines and fonts. It's been the same since I created this post, and it hasn't been fixed to this day. Sad!

    Your enthusiasm is yours to manage as you please, of course. My enthusiasm, however, remains enthusiastic. I want all the fancy flightsim enjoyment I can have. And a DCS C-130, for me certainly, is top of the list. And I'll pre-order, twice, to get my hands on that kind of flying fun. Actually I will pre-order twice, I'm getting one for me and one for a content creator. As stated, I'm very enthusiastic. I think this is a great step forward for the sim.

    i noticed when using AG point track on any moving target, the laser does fire ("L" flashing, code correct, cmbt mode) but the ordonance never aquires. Using AREA or INR always works, PT won´t. I wonder if i´m missing anything but since it just affects PT i don´t see yet what it might be. Any ideas ?

    Why are you so sure that Zambrano is the one at fault? For all we know it could perfectly be the fault of ED. I have happily supported EVERY third party developer of DCS, that’s why I still have the Hawk on my Hangar, and why I also have the I.16, the Christen Eagle, and the MB-339. The only 3rd party missing from my collection is the OH-58 (because I disagree with their pricing, but I do have the Gazelle).

    Just wondered, do you already have plans in regards to what liveries and skins shall be available for the C-130J, either at launch or eventually? Classic USAF Grey I'd consider pretty much a given, but curious about any other decisions.

    You're in unfriendly territory, where anyone with a bolt action rifle can take a shot at you from a rooftop or out of a window. Return legs are determined to be least risky based on intelligence reports and scouting. That's how I look at it, at least

    My screen is the same size and I run DCS at this resolution. Here's another test I'm about to do: I'll compare HUDs of 2560x1440 versus 3440x1440 screenshots.
