  1. Past hour
  2. I'll see if I can fine-tune it.. but if you get the prompt for report you should already be in zone.. but glad it worked well on the second try.
  3. Hello commander , thank you I already understood this subject but it got a bit clearer I will try to use the in-game performance monitor and see what happens What I don't understand is that neither the GPU nor the CPU go above 20-30% usage (according to the Nvidia monitor) Shouldn't the CPU be around 90-100% if it was the bottleneck? And even if it is 4 years old , it is still a i9-10900K, it should give me more than 10-30 FPS right ?
  4. Negative, I won't be touching it. Campaign was built with Litening and swapping them could possibly lead to issues. Players are free to do so on their own risk especially with the current issues with the Sniper.
  5. This was fixed in the last update. Apologies for the late reply, had a very intensive summer with little time for DCS...
  6. Hey! Thanks. Ad.1. the waypoint is square on the building, the coordinates are from the F10 map... so I think this is more on the DCS side of things. Maybe I should put the waypoint behind the building though? Ad.2.I think ED increased the splash damage of bombs. I will check if there are "friendlies" around the APC but if there are for design purposes they must be invisible and immortal... so not sure if there is anything I can do about it. Oh wait, there are in the FARP, but these are statics. Anyway, will check. And I can update the FARP to make it look better with new assets added some time ago. Ad.3. OK. That is AI being stupid, especially that the FL should have unlimited fuel set to on (facepalm)
  7. Hi, please run a slow repair try moving the input folder for the aircraft to the desktop, create new bindings and test. Attach your dcs log so we can look for clues. thank you
  8. Hi, currently we do not have any plans for VR in combined arms. In the future we may consider combined arms 2 or something like that. Adding VR support would take considerable effort and resources.
  9. Will have a look at this one, thanks.
  10. @MnMailman the coordinates are OK, I checked them several times. Whenever you get the offset information, it is always bearing first, range second (like bullseye calls).
  11. Hello all! Is there a way to place the camera anywhere in the world directed from the F10 Map? Example: I have combined arms. I place an artillary unit. I want to have a look at bridge with my camera before I fire. Then I want to look as the shells rain down on that location with the same camera. Can I click somewhere on the F10 Map then slave/teleport the camera to that location? Is there any other way that is better? Thanks for the help guys!
  12. @OmasRachE normally the whole parking area is marked with a zone, it should play once you stop. I'll check the lead behavior, I think OrbX changed some things on the map and some parking spots might have been affected. Adding this one for investigating. In general you are never asked to taxi all the way back after landing, so the AI must have mislead you - the parking is always at the end of the runway on which you land.
  13. Hey @Aerovenator I had this reported before twice, and in both cases it was something on user's end. Please check the following list (especially if you have any mods installed). These days many things installed on user's PC can break the AI behavior for some reason: The No.1 Rule with DCS Campaigns... If you have ANY mod that is NOT purchased from the DCS Store, it will probably cause issues. SRS and OpenKneeboard(Mostly VR users) seem to be ok, as we test these missions using both. Make sure to remove any and all mods before flying campaigns. (Check out OVGME, I use it daily and it works well) If you have no mods, or if removing all mods still does not fix the issue, take the following steps(Test after each step): 1) Delete fxo and metashaders2 folders in your saved games. Can get gummed up with old files. 2) Rename you DCS Saved Games folder, run DCS and let it create a new one. Close DCS and then just copy the Config folder from the old to the new so you don't lose your bindings and also copy your logbook.lua from saved games mission editor folder, that way you don't lose campaign progress. (Some mods can write to places like your scripts folder in your saved games location as an example. Also seems to help sometimes even if you never run mods at all) 3) Do a full deep repair of DCS to clear up any unwanted stuff in your main game folder. Some settings to check: 1) If you have easy comms enabled, disable it. 2) Under Gameplay options, make sure the tick box on the bottom right for "No force from mission, use mine" is NOT ticked. 3) Try disabling TacView under special options. It can cause issues, usually performance, that can lead to bugs if your cores are overloaded/too busy and it misses a trigger point due to that.
  14. Possible, I'll mark it down for checking. Also, apologies for late reply @OmasRachE, it was crazy time since June on family front!
  15. Hi, we've submitted a Pull Request for MOOSE Airboss for the carriers in Vietnam War Vessels and it got accepted. Support is now baked into MOOSE develop - https://github.com/FlightControl-Master/MOOSE_INCLUDE/tree/develop/Moose_Include_Static MOOSE master - https://github.com/FlightControl-Master/MOOSE_INCLUDE/tree/master/Moose_Include_Static Special Thanks to @Reccelow for initiating the idea and supporting the team! Cheers, TeTeT
  16. I can't remember exactly why I did it right now, but IIRC it was something with the DCS itself and inability to deliver through the clouds in CCRP. Probably things changed since then, but unfortunately it is not possible to keep up with core game changes and update tens of missions when ED changed the system of radio, it forced us - mission devs - to spend dozens of hours in order to fix things that were broken without our input. I think this is a similar situation and I think I'll leave it as is, hope you'll enjoy the rest!
  17. pitch axis .. 2025 not fixed horrible.. no more people flying it due to it's horrible ultra over axis controlled .. solution ?
  18. I get jittery movement no matter what I do. It's not only in DCS. I can see the controller jittering in Pimax and Steam VR home. In DCS the whole cockpit jitters. This is at 72 and 90Hz, running on 9800x3d and 5090. Today is my last day of the 14 day trial. Tech support sent me a bunch of SLAM files and another pi_Server.exe. 4 different versions, nothing helps. Any ideas?
  19. Hey! Unfortunately, I won't be able to watch the full track (I tried, but it is getting corrupted if I use time compression and I am not able to watch the full mission play through). However, it seems to be working for everyone else (nobody reported similar issues and after checking the mission in the ME everything is fine, as it was before). Please check the list below and let me know if any of these things help - start with full DCS repair, this quite often solves problems. The No.1 Rule with DCS Campaigns... 20. Thanks for the fix. I had stopped using the mod since the wheels started jittering, but took it for a spin yesterday after commenting out the line and had a blast! Thank you for this mod Tator, imo its the best feeling and looking mod available.
  21. Being CPU bound is normal with DCS. But your 90°+ temperatures are a problem. I had the same issue with my upgrade. I completely redesigned my cooling system and installed three additional fans, which brought the temperature back down to below 80°.
  22. Hi, this has been reported to the the team. thank you
