Не в даном диапазоне дело было, а вцелом в стабилизации и задержке триммера. триммируешся как на полтиннике и привет!... По удержанию высоты заметил что нужно вариометр максимально в ноль вывести и тогда отпускать триммер иначе не будет удержания. Вообще пилотаж важная вещь, смею предположить много кому интереснее пострелять вместо понимания пилотирования.

Depends. OvGME is the most common one, while it's not developed anymore. It's succeeded by Open Mod Manager, same dev, and it's the one I use for small mods and Saved Games Mods. For larger mods with lots of reads and writes, like texture mods. I use SLAM, which will apply a mod in seconds, (contrary to the other ones mentioned), and not wear out your SSDs. Cheers! After the change (or at least I don't think I had it before), the first time an unknown object (UFO ) appears, it immediately says "what is it", I had an "F-15". Is that intentional? Wouldn't a surprise be better?

anyone ever figure this out? i also have sporadic massive input lag on my joystick and keyboard. not all the time, but a lot of the time. i also have FFB2 joystick

I played a bit with this. Tried using RSBN/PRMG cars for test. Manual navigation mode. Before having any signal, yellow RSBN/ARK needle is always sticked to course white needle. During RSBN guidance everything is ok. Once landing switch is activated, then yellow needle starts spinning. PRMG localizer and glideslope work perfect, as well as course needle. So I do not think it is caused by lost signal. It is either "correct" or a bug. @BIGNEWY @NineLineGuys, sorry for the tag. But we are wondering what is the reason for yellow RSBN/ARK needle spinning. Should this happen always when PRMG takes over ?

This! Standard bases will probably become a thing of the past. If one can't afford one now, get an ordinary one second hand. Save up money for FFB and sell that other base. Careful with curves. Will teach you bad habits, its better to prioritise an extension. I've never used curves, and it tought me finesse.

Ich werde das dennoch vorerst nicht weiter verfolgen, da ich es einfach nicht unbedingt brauche. Als Client bei meiner Virtual Squadron fliegen funktioniert auch ohne Probleme. Und ich hab Kabel von Kabel Deutschland/Vodafone…nur so als Info. Mein Post war nur als Anmerkung gedacht, dass es bei MP eventuell doch noch Hürden geben kann.

Well, this is not looking good. I wanted to get the oh58 when it came out and now I'm glad I didn't. Too bad because it's a nice bird. Developer's behavior is going to affect current sales, and set a bad mood on current owners. A quick word does not cost anything, time or effort wise. Unless something is extremely wrong. It is what it is, in one word: disappointing. I will stop here as I don't want to go off topic with 3rd party developers in general. I'll be very careful where to drop my $ from now on. The AI in DCS has it's shortcomings regarding situational awareness. You can hide until it has seen you. After that you can have a hard time hiding again. Practice on the Caucasus tank misson. There it's really easy to test the AI. If it has noticed you, it will try to shoot you behind buildings even if only your Viviane is visible. Depends. I have a secondary screen I export the Viviane to, and the instruments via Helios/Icarus. I also have an old dedicated TM16K joystick I control the Viviane and the "weapons stick", (weapon officer left stick), with. Which I use to track/zoom/lase/shoot. A great feature in the Gazell. Grab a second hand one if you don't want to spend. Cheers!

Looks like it's not official yet, there was an announcement some time ago that they were supposed to be gone by now. It doesn't seem like it's officially retired yet. In any case, those jets Israel took out were pretty much museum pieces, so worn out that they couldn't actually fight all that well, if at all (as seen by their utter inability to do anything about the Israeli strikes). Iran finally managed to buy Su-35s, I'm pretty sure that the Tomcats will be sent to static displays once those arrive.

@Desert Drydock @sleighzy I think the pink outline is simply a side effect of how the whole passthrough works ATM. You are telling virtual desktop, that it should show the passthrough where ever the PCVR stream has a certain color (i.e. pink). So I‘m not sure you can get rid of the pink outline. Another thought I had on this was to „simply“ create an alternative cockpit for the Hornet where you would just make the relevant parts show up in pink (i.e. UFC, DDIs and AMPCD). That would save you the CAD work because those textures are already on the correctly shaped polygones. Just thoughts and very theoretical in nature…the passthrough of my QuestPro is not good enough to jump into that adventure.

In my opinion it is much more tiresome to have people again and again tell people that asking for news is useless and "it will come when it will come". This is a thread that in the title says it is about asking for news regarding the F1M and thus people do so. Everyone is entitled to their opinion of course, but to willingly click on a thread about asking for news again and again just to tell people not to is questionable. To add to the topic: There can be a happy medium between having to receive weekly updates on everything and being ghosted on any progress for months at a time. Doesn't need to be finished things either. Just tell whatever currently is being worked on every few weeks or so. An update does not need to be ED newsletter length every time either.

Not really? In that video That fcr page looks about the same from what I remember in dcs f16, except of course the dcs Viper has color displays. The general software layout has been maintained. My experience flying earlier block f16s virtually pretty much validates what I'm saying that it's a very similar experience. You could hop in a block 30 and only really need to account some older HUD symbology ( if its ODS era or older) and getting used to not having newer features you had on the blk 50, namely lack of , HMD , datalink , and targeting pod.

Is it easy for tanks to spot a Gazelle peeking out of cover from 4-ish kilometres away, or is it more a game exploit? I'm guessing you fly from the co-pilot seat?

Haven't flown this bird in a while but last time I did the devs had disabled the autopilot modes. Anyone know if these have been fixed yet?
