It has crap AI pathing, especially for infantry. They tend to get stuck and go in circles in the courtyards. Huge disappointment with that so far. The update made the map look amazing.

He was playing the theme tune to Kellys Heroes from it rolling around at mobility scooter speeds, cracked me up. Even had an articulating turret and barrel Oh, while the fighter balbo flew overhead one of the Blenheim fellas came and had a chat with me. Apparently the little ‘old workshop’ I was on about before is still open but will close this year. He asked me if I was coming in October he’d show us a few bits so if you wanna cop a look around do so before the season finale

Brake axis works and almost all buttons work, except for the flip trigger, that is not mapped in a useful way. The software doesn't have any way to configure the mapping, so you get what you get.

Hi Tom. This is MASSIVE. Thank you for your excellent contribution. I have spent weeks modelling East Germany in it's entirety with the various 23 squadrons. The terrible state of the 23 model was ruining all immersion! Would it be possible to get a version of this mod in Saved Games? I know it replaced the native model, I was just curious!

Great shout out, I use all of the 208 assets on one of my modern RuAF scenarios. Fingers crossed, we get some Cold War additions as well.

Я опираюсь на раздел мануала по штурманским расчетам. Там по номограмме статический потолок в 3 950 с весом 11 тонн при температуре наружного воздуха в минус 30 получается. При плюс двадцати там что то в районе 9 с половиной тонн массы. Это при штиле и выключенных ПОС и ПЗУ. Другой вопрос, что в ДКС плюс 20 при превышении площадки в 4 км... Даже на знаю, можно ли получить в принципе. Если не ошибаюсь, то температура устанавливается на уровне моря. А её понижение с высотой в ДКС идет в соответствии с МСА. То есть 6 градусов на километр. Или 24 градуса понижения на высоте 4 км. То есть, если вы выставили +20,то на площадке у вас будет примерно минус четыре градуса. И максимальная взлетная будет где-то около 10 600 для потолка. Для превышения же в 2 900 температуру получим в плюс два градуса. Макс взлетная будет что то к 12 тоннам. Вот он и летает у нас, при броне, включенных ПЗУ, и при полной заправке. Очень на пределе, но всё же. Тут отнюдь не в кривой динамике вертолета дело. А в особенностях сима. Погодный движок тут не самая сильная сторона на фоне некоторых гражданских симов. И да, по тому же мануалу, масса брони плюсуется к массе пустого. Установил - получи 419 кг доп веса. PS. Проверил в симе. Масса меняется в районе 400 кг при постановке - снятии брони, 150 кг при постановке и снятии ЭВУ. 400 кг (плюс минус) дают узлы подвески оружия. Без всего 7 886,с узлами подвески оружия 8 237, с доп броней 8 706. Со всем калгалом на борту плюс ЭВУ масса 8 886 кг. Не мало. Тонну прибавляет.

Thought you’d be there Q, cracking shot too First time I’ve seen an Anson fly as well. The only airworthy example . A lot of my shots were the worst I’ve ever taken. I tried out an extender for the 1-400 but somehow I kept buggering it all up. Great show though. Nightmare getting out of there. Problem solved. Sorry guys, I'm a moron. Parking brake was activated the whole time. Now it work like all other aircrafts. May be I was miskead by the binding description "Wheel Brake On" although it actually releases the parking brake.

Archangel44, I'm having this problem, I've always had the problem as an Aircraft Mod, took them off, and the problem still the same on another map. Was your asset in the Tech Library? Thanks in advance

Working on this This needs to always use them at the same "place" ( because of DCS bindings one as PLT and the other as CPLT keys . ) , but seems to work. Need more testing before release. DCS bindings are strange as you can only bind the Active CDU ( mean the one corresponding to the place you're sited at )

It is a very old feature. I meant, probably LOMAC old, that precedes our current image sharing services.

What I remember vividly from my visit there, which has been years ago at this point, is that videos do not do it proper justice usually, and it is sometimes more worthwhile to just enjoy the moment.

Even if you don't own them, that just mean that you can't pilot them, but you can still use them as AI units on your missions, to play as opposition or allied units. Just consider it for a bit: for example just the Phantom has 72 liveries ... you think that having 72 checkboxes would be practical? ... another example, the F-14 has 67 liveries, the F-16C has 51, and so on ... honestly, having to select which I want and which I don't would be really tedious, I'd rather select all of them and just consider a disk with 55 GB of extra space.

Bump, as the canopy slider still doesn't seem to have any impact in quite a few modules afaik.

There are a lot of interesting options, but frankly, I doubt they are going for the angle of mainly maritime use helicopters anytime soon, considering that it would definitely increase the pressure of implementing ASW as a whole new topic, as well as the need to expand/modernise watery assets. Remember the 'year of naval focus'.

the pic posted by OP is CoreMods. when you join a server and fly against people, how will you see their AC represented? the CoreMods are all the official modules that DCS has.
