DCS: BO-105 3D/FM Announcement and Discussions
unknown replied to The_Fragger's topic in BO-105 PAH1A1
Great news, i can't wait to fly this beauty! -
Looks like i'm not uptodate with DCS pilot bodys anymore Stopped using them years ago but i hope for everyone that it will be implemented with the EA release or shortly after.
-
I'm not a "DCS movie maker guy" but i thought the in-cockpit shots in the trailers and especially the airshow video were taken with some sort of F1 in cockpit snapview cam montage - you can see all the vibrating cockpit parts in that view, i don't think this will be visible with the F2 view external model and pilot body? So if there is a F1 view customable pilot body it should be visible in VR too? (although I always fly without a visible body in vr)

Its not free swag, you pay for it. If you want some of that you can open a support ticket at ED for a refund of your pre-order here and buy it again at the heatblur shop.

Phantoms Phorever. PRE-ORDER & REVEAL Trailer
unknown replied to IronMike's topic in DCS: F-4E Phantom
That's not my definition of the seasons either, i just wanted to state that the current "release-window" is quite vague. I can already see the pitchforks and torches crowd screaming and shouting in january because they had no phantom unter their christmas tree. For me it's no problem, i preordered the phantom mainly to support development of the A-6 and EF2k. But i will enjoy her for sure. -
Phantoms Phorever. PRE-ORDER & REVEAL Trailer
unknown replied to IronMike's topic in DCS: F-4E Phantom
Considering they said winter 2023/2024 google says anywhere between december 22nd 2023 and march 20th 2024. I hope for a earlier EA release but am prepared to wait. -
F-4E Phantom Development Report - DCS Newsletter 31/03/2023

I use that driver since it was released and never had any CTDs with it but i heard from someone who had his PC overclocked that Diablo4 was crashing every 5-10min for him, he lowered the OC a little bit and everything was fine for him with that driver.

Wait, are you seriously complaining that now you have to deal with the same limitations that your opponents had/have to deal with in the past? Why don't you just play on servers which dont't have IC enabled? There everyone can use the mods they like and on IC enabled servers everyone IMHO should play vanilla version of DCS.

Hah, auch gerade gesehen. Just saw it also. I like the audio warning @06:20 while the refule probe was extending.
-
Ah, you saw the CH-47 Chinook announcement by ED and immediately thought: I can't blame you, would prefer a Mi 26 too

Q: What will Early Access include on initial release? A: Early Access will include a fully flyable, fully clickable and fully functional Eurofighter with air to air capabilities only. This will include a fully functional flight model and Eurojet EJ200 engines (+ hydraulics, etc.), basic and needed Avionics (at the least), functional radar, functional air to air weapons specific to the Eurofighter, such as the Meteor and IRIS-T short-range missiles and the gun in air to air capability. Early Access will of course include a manual as well and the other set of requisite features expected from a Heatblur module.

Thank you very much!

I use one of my axis on my Virpil Mongoost-50V2 throttle for the HUD brightness axis binding for many modules in DCS. With the Mirage-2000C there is a little problem. It looks like the Mirage Module is the only one that uses values from 0 -100 to interprete the axis instead of -100 -> 0 -> +100 like all the other modules. This means that the first 50% of my physical axis movement is ignored by the module and onyl the last 50% to 100% are used to regulate the in game HUD brightness. null

Just right click on the wrong rocket type and change them to the correct rocket type? That takes less than 5 seconds to do null
-
That is a ED thing i believe, i had that a couple years ago in the Viggen and Razbam did implement a fix for there Mirage 2000 in the special options menu.
-
I'll put this here, seems related? I got some AAA battle damage and it looks like in one of the lod levels the elevator is gone while in the next and previous lod level it is there(damaged). This was in the latest OB version, no mods installed. Sorry for the bad image quality, i was flying in VR and thats what i could do with screenshots. null

If you use(had used) the binding "release weapon" in my pic you would have never noticed that bug. There are 2 different ATGM(114old and 120new) you can use.
-
I use "Release Weapons" since the release of the Hind and had never problems with Petrovich firing ATGM. Are you aware of the following bug?
-
So why exactly did you open this thread in the bugs section of the Mi-24 then? Why did your OP leave a lot to be desired, as always? And why do you keep doing this exact same thing after years, countless modules and many people telling you every time to please post a short track(granted they don't alway work) and more information, always. It gets tiring, especially if you keep going, calling things bugs/nobody would implement a feature xyz that way in RL despite the fact the RL manual and RL pilots told you it works exactly that way in RL....in other forums you would have already been labeled a troll. I'll put you on my ignore list, it's not even entertaining anymore, you are free to do the same thing with me.

If you use VR you can see a gap at the bottom, tbh it looks pretty small -but- there is a gap at the bottom.

You can have a look at the pdf Wags posted in the Apache forum, it should explain everything you need to know about the AI IFF feature.
