  1. Hat man Das Manual besagt allerdings auch, dass "safe flight operations" als single pilot möglich sind. Und da Razbam den Fokus nun ohnehin vorerst auf Singleplayer verschoben hat...
  2. Nope, it never was. I don't know where you get your infos from, but it looks like a bad source.
  3. First the WW2 Version of Marianas will come out. My guess is that the guys who come in at an early stage in map development already works on Afghanistan. But that's nothing official, just my 2 cents about it.
  4. Kurze Antwort: Ja Du kannst alles vom vorderen Sitz aus machen. Der Workload wird nur höher sein. Razbam arbeitet wohl an einer KI für den WSO, die wird aber noch nicht Teil des EA sein.
  5. I don't remember where I read it, but somewhere Wags said the development of AH64 until EA release would have taken 2 years. Maybe it was in a podcast and not written down. Really can't remember.
  6. Magnitude 3 has a F4U in pipeline, and on the last "beyond" video a F4F was teased. The Corsair will come with an Essex class carrier.
  7. First question: What is fun for you guys? Some like it a little more casual, others prefer the 110% realism. But the structure will always be the same. 1. Define your goals. What skills the group should have after the training syllabus? Let's say they should can perform Keyhole CAS 2. Identify and subdivide the individual skills. In our example, CAS is a tasking that needs a lot of single skills coming all together. You should be familiar how to perform you attacks, how you behave as a 2-ship, how you arrive in the box, get your 9-liner, execute the attack in a propper way. And I'm pretty sure there is a lot more you could add. 3. Sort the individual skills meaningfully, so they build up on each other. For example, I would train Z-profile bombings before the 9-liner. As a golden rule: from simple to complex, from easy to hard, and so on. 4. Adjust. When you have thought about all this and made a plan for the training, you already have invested a lot of time. Believe me, I did it for our Wing. But no matter how well you have planed everything, you will stumble across a few things tthat don't work right. Then you have to identify why and adjust your sylabbus. And you will do this again, and again and again. Cause the training also will be performed again and again. If you don't, you will loose your skills over time. In short, thats the way how I build up a training for my wing from scratch.
  8. Vulkan and DLSS,so we can hope for the SuperCarrier Updates!
  9. The way you guys interact with the community here is just supreme. Thank you a lot!
  10. That's a part of the problem. The data I've found varies a lot. But it looks like something around 300 - 350 knots are no problem.
  11. Looks like the P3 has some speed issues. Tried various altitudes and even at 20k without any weapons the speed drops to around 230 KIAS. Is it me, or is there a bug?
  12. As far as I know: No. They said they aim to. Not it will happen.
  13. Plane directors are in development. Some stuff from the clip will come to the supercarrier sooner or later. And I like it!
  14. No it means that at the moment only the workload on the client side is done by MT. The server,if you fly in Multiplayer, has to work his stuff on ST. But your clients part will benefit from MT.
  15. i7 7700, 2070, 32GB RAM Playing in 4k Testet the Supercarrier layout mission. ST between 35 and 45 FPS MT runs mostly into my 60 FPS cap.
  16. No problem! Besides youtube there is another source I should have mentioned. Chuck's guides. He provides very good manuals explaining what is where in the plane. https://www.mudspike.com/chucks-guides-dcs/
  17. Tutorials on youtube are the go-to to learn a module if there is low to zero knowledge about the whole stuff. Just search in youtube for things like "DCS F-16 tutorial". You will find some Channels providing what you need. Most creators start with cockpit orientation and then going into startup,take-off and so on. While watching these videos you will also get a clue on which things you should map on your HOTAS. And, just a really little thing: It's the F-16. For Fighter. F/A would be a Fighter/Attacker, like the F/A-18 for example.
  18. Fairness is a matter of perspective. That says everything there is to say on the subject.
  19. Besten dank!
Jemand ne Idee was ich falsch mache?
  21. Oh sweet summer child...
  22. Sadly it's not. And yes. It was very unfortunate to show both in the trailer without it already being part of the patch.
  23. The charts I have for the Hornet matching this described performance pretty well to be honest.
  24. A holding isn't for your practice. If you want to practice it, set a course line through a TACAN, set DME and practice. The Marshal is forsafety and efficiency.
