  1. Hello @Nealius We have reviewed the reference you sent to us and thank you for your care. However, the supplied document does not cover the specific F-16CM Block 50 CCIP variant that we use as reference for our DCS: F-16C. Our current representation of the laser timing in our simulation is accurate to the depicted tape and needs no further change. Thanks for understanding.
  2. I'm sorry you feel that way, @Nedum. The "threads full of things" is what we can do while this very complex system is being improved on a daily basis. We believe the users prefer we share the information as regularly as possible and that's why we have the Mini-Updates as well as the famous Matt Wagner's videos. I am not sure a "handbook" could be further designed for this specific item, but I'll pass on the suggestion. Our DCS: F-16C manual will certainly be updated in the future, but I'm not sure that's what you're referring to. In any case, we cannot commit right now to a manual if production is still ongoing. Please remember that all this takes time to produce accurately, demanding research for an as accurate as possible simulation we're improving constantly.
  3. Once more, we tested this and the triggers work. I am not trying to discredit you, just trying to figure out what could possibly go wrong on your side.
  4. Hey @SKYWARRIOR Once more, I can't reproduce this at all. Can you check your options to see if you have your axis mapped all the way to the very limit? There's also an option in the Special menu where you can set an afterburner detent. Have you tried turning this on/off? If all is well, I can only think of mods interfering with the animation or an older metashader file that may need refreshing. Let us know.
  5. Thank you for the feedback and suggestion @itn. Honestly, aside this very particular instance about the platform maintainer that I clarified, we've explained earlier when the new GPS INS logics for the F-16 were presented about faction limitation and GPS availability.
  6. Hey @Nealius Please send the evidence to @BIGNEWYvia private message and we'll have a look.
  7. Can you further elaborate why it "makes sense in the A-G mode" but not for A-A? What can you present as evidence this is wrong behaviour? Please supply publicly available, non-classified documentation to support the idea this is wrong behaviour to @BIGNEWY via Private Message. Thanks for understanding we need to substantiate changes like these in DCS with proper documented support.
  8. Hello @aurocia Please provide a screenshot of the keys/buttons you assigned to this switch.
  9. @Migparts Unfortunately, just describing an issue is sometimes not enough to identify an issue. Not only do we need the setup to cause the issue, we also need to observe it happening. As a rule of thumb, please create a short track replay with the event. It's something you can easily save into a file and it allows us to reproduce the alleged problem. That being said, the current AI is still a "work in progress" and it is very much under development at this point.
  10. Hi @T-B0NE We have detected this and already corrected it internally. Stay tuned for a future update.
  11. Hey @Migparts The DCS: CH-47D does not have a rotor brake, therefore the blades will rotate freely to a stop. Sometimes, wind can actually affect the time it takes for them to stop. If you feel there are abnormal situations with this procedure, please create a short track for our analysis.
  12. Hey @Silver_ No need to explain, I had already said it sounded logic to me too. But please understand we cannot make changes without proper documentation. That documented support was found and I have reported this internally. Thanks for your patience.
  13. Hey @Fumes 1-3, thanks for the track. We'll use it to investigate this particular issue. Again, EGI is "w.i.p.", we'll tweak it to reach expected efficiency, rest assured. Thanks for understanding.
  14. I'm not sure what you mean @LeCuvier. We've tested this mission once more, including following the new track. The mission flows correctly on our side to finish. At this point, I can't figure out what could be wrong here. Triggers work as they should and mission flow is evident. If we cannot reproduce this, I'm afraid the issue is on your side. Perhaps a missing mod still installed somewhere?
  15. I see, @Q3ark, that cold/hot scenario is important to verify. Thanks, reported.
  16. Hello, @Xhonas No problem on the ping. We thank you for your analysis and your conclusions, we can certainly take it into account. As you realise, we need to make sure the DCS: F/A-18C performance (as well as the DCS: F-16C) is as accurate as possible and not commit to make changes that are not supported with available public data. All I can say for now is that this matter isn't forgotten and if there are changes to be done, you will be informed.
  17. Thanks for the PM reference. I've reported this internally.
  18. Hello @Q3ark I'm sorry but I cannot reproduce what you claim here. Make sure not to be using mods and if you don't, run a quick repair to your DCS World to make sure something else isn't interfering.
  19. We got you @Silver_ We're analysing the data we have and if there's something to change, rest assured we will.
  20. Hey @ShuRugal We would really appreciate that track file when you can make it. Thanks.
  21. Hey all. Yes the EGI systems are still being worked on. But we need some info on this. How long until this happens? Does this happen only in multiplayer? We really need a track whenever this happens because it seems rather random.
  22. Hey @Ben149 The current AFCS, trimming and flight model should be considered "work in progress" as the team is fine tuning the general performance and flight behaviour. The model is already quite stable but we are still working on it to make it even better. Thanks for your cooperation.
  23. Hi all. We are aware of users having difficulty locking targets in various situations and modes, including ACM. We're investigating these issues to make sure we fix whatever needs correction. Thanks for bringing this up and for your patience.
  24. Hi again, @gordenjayand @itn After consulting the developers, this is an intentional limitation. The USA Faction is considered the maintainer of the GPS satellite data (and keys). Therefore the factions can only benefit from the GPS access if this country belongs to the same side.
