  1. This is just occurring when selecting the gun control by axis. If you choose via POV it will work like the side gunners first person view. We're working on it, don't worry.
  2. I can see this happening in your track but I cannot reproduce this in a fresh mission. Could be something related to a customized camera position but, again, in a fresh mission this isn't occurring at all. You can find them in the CH-47F Gunner AI Panel sub-menu in the control options. You can open the window using Win+H and change the ROE with LSHIFT+4, 5 or 6. As for the rear gunner not tracking or engaging, we'll look into this, thanks.
  3. The laser code field in LGBs is only there for pilot reference on the Stores page. The only way to change their codes is on the bomb itself, performed by ground crew. Via Mission Editor. This is not a "jet capability" it's a bomb/weapon logic. Like I said, the laser code is set using mechanical dials on the bomb itself.
  4. Hello @falconzx Please supply publicly available, not classified documentation to support you claim above that it should be a bugged target and not a track target via PM to @BIGNEWY. Also, please supply a track replay of the event occurring, preferably from both sides (flight + wingman).
  5. Hey @digitego Thanks for reporting this. The CDU keys and logics are still being worked on. Some items, like these, will be fixed in the near future.
  6. Hi, @AlpineGTA Though not the best option, this is the current implementation we have for now. We'll continue to work on this particular station in future updates, stay tuned.
  7. Hello @AirSenpai, lots to unpack here. First of all, indeed the trimmer reset isn't working correctly in the current build. I'm checking internally for the causes, but please remember the trimmer and AFCS system is still pretty much W.I.P. Second, what is the option you selected for the gunner control? The first option requires you move LOS, pressing the middle mouse button twice. The second requires you assign axis to control the gun orientation. Third, the image you are sharing is for the Combined Arms menu. You should check your CH-47F assignment menu.
  8. Glad it's working better @Yuma. Thanks.
  9. Yes, we're still working on further improvements. Thanks for understanding, this a complex item tied to other logics and needs to be done correctly, so it takes time.
  10. @SKYWARRIOR In the Track IR software try adjusting the forward/aft sensibility by increasing its null/dead zone. This way, when you move your head to the side, it won't move forward so much it triggers the helmet display threshold. Try searching for some more tips from other users in the Hardware section: https://forum.dcs.world/forum/57-pc-hardware-and-related-software/
  11. Hello @SkYwAlK3R-_ Please include a track replay of the issue. We've tested the conditions set and found no problems. Like @Tholozorsaid, the laser codes for the bombs are now set in the mission editor or on the ground in the "refuel/rearm" window.
  12. Hello @Hotel Tango and @Harkon I've reported this internally for our analysis. Thanks.
  13. Hey @wheeliewheels Work is still ongoing. But rest assured it's being addressed.
  14. The body model and animations can be reviewed in the future. If something needs improving we will certainly do it.
  15. Hello @gonvise This is done by design. The mask is attached to the head model and once you're in a first person perspective, the head is removed entirely to avoid it being in the way. That's why you say it "suddenly appears", because you moved forward and actually crossed the threshold where the entire head appears. And yes, it's intentional the pilot body moves with your own head movements.
  16. Hey @Daemoc Sorry to state the obvious here, but if you are having problems replaying track files... we need one of those to check it.
  17. I'll ask the team what can be done, but this has been adjusted according to the pilot's real position and I'm not sure adjusting this threshold would bring other issues.
  18. Hello @lonewwolf It has been said multiple times that in order to have George operate in the best possible way, you need to stabilize the helicopter, properly trimmed and not exceed the parameters for the desired conditions. It's not just the weight of the aircraft you need to pay attention to, also other items, such as OAT and altitude. George will always be conservative, if the desired conditions exceed the maximum performance, it will avoid it. In this mission you are running with almost full fuel, 8 Hellfires and two rocket pods, while the OAT is 36º. George drops to hover using ground effect and even so, it's pushing it with 103% torque and 865+ TGT. This isn't an ideal set of parameters and he'll not exceed the aircraft's limits beyond that. Reduce fuel load and/or weapons carried if you do wish to perform a hover on the AO. Otherwise, choose to attack while in motion.
  19. @LavaFlight We've seen this happen when people move the pilot POV forward. The head is programmed to appear after passing a threshold. If you move the central position forth you'll be beyond this threshold. Reset the view or move back and you will hide the pilot's head. POV in default position: POV moved forward: If you are using Track IR, for example, try to adjust the forward/aft axis so it doesn't move so much when you turn your head left or right. It's a matter of adjusting as you can see in my images above using TIR.
  20. No problem, @Locutos A lot of people mix the comms controls. Now you know.
  21. Hello @Soundman766 Please supply a short track file of the situation occurring so we can analyse what's going on.
  22. That's a great suggestion to place on the wishlist: https://forum.dcs.world/forum/782-wish-list/
  23. @AirSenpai It may still require some more work. But, overall, it's much better now.
  24. Hi @TFS Please post a track of the situation occurring as well as your log file for our analysis. From our internal tests, we can't see an issue like you mention.
  25. Again, I can't reproduce this. I can go back to any station and return to the aft position, if the cursor isn't there I just press the mouse middle button and it appears again. I suggest you verify possible installed mods or perform a repair.
