A refund is not store credit, that's an exchange. Eagle Dynamics are not refunding anything, you are in essence exchanging for another module. A refund would be money back to the original payment method. -

To add a bit more information for ED on the topic (as it's now marked "planned for later")... I've just remembered Devrims mod is English also for Shkval & PUI800, not just the HUD... So ED, can you please also make sure to include the Shkval and PUI800 with the English hud!

For anyone reading in the future; in the wishlist section, ED now has it pinned and marked planned for future. So understanding from that, there may be an official English hud option

Just noticed this topic, yesterday (23Dec2022) has been pinned & marked planned for later! Hopefully there will be an official English HUD sometime in the future! Well done to all users involved and those at ED for highlighting & deciding to do this!

BS2 had an an English cockpit (dials, switches etc), but the HUD has always been Russian. A mod by devrim made it english. Now the case is the same for BS3, but it would be nice if they added (an official) English hud along with the English cockpit.

There isn't because the weather isn't dynamic which is what would be needed for a squall. It's very static (except moving pretty clouds and rain beneath), just one set weather condition.

Just to clarify the English hud, EDs nineline has stated it's "correct as is". So as far as I understand ED will NOT be providing an English hud, which is very disappointing as the rest of the cockpit can be in English.

Hence, we need to push ED for an official option! The work is almost been done for them with the mod!

Not really correct then... Does the real black shark have a "English option" for all the dials, lights and switches, but not the HUD? Surely it should really be all or nothing (including the HUD) - to be consistent with other modules. Or does "correct as is" mean its correct for how ED want it to be?

From my notes (not going for perfect numbers, but all approx and good enough): Radius of turn - for orbiting technique (CAS wheel) R = V2 / (11.26 x TAN AOB) R is radius in ft (6072ft = 1nm), V is velocity in Kts, AOB is angle of bank. Testing based on 480kts g/s (~ M0.8 or ~8 nm min), Alt 15-20000` 5 deg AOB - 38nm radius 10 deg AOB - 19nm 15 deg AOB - 12nm Head towards target area, a few miles before orbit distance enter turn to be 90 degrees abeam, use ALT + ATT HOLD and set your AOB. If target starts dropping behind kick a few more degrees AOB on etc.

Two quick input suggestions

Set it up as a shift in DCS as per with your button. Bind a single keyboard press as your expand / fov button. Use a program such as Joy2Key or voice attack. Using the button you want, set short press to the keyboard bind and long press to no action. That should accomplish what you want. Edit; Was for @Mr_Blastman -

Was the Q2 being run at its max render resolution? The g2 is sure better specs, but I can read the mfds without zooming etc on my Q2 at max render res... -
I'm curious - had you folks not tried reshade CAS sharpening? To me it seems very similar results. Of course it's good it's natively added in oculus now!

The brightness and contrast buttons on the MFDs do not work!

Is this also part of the same problem; Mission at nights, anything FLIR such as TGP / IR MAV is super bright. Cant even read MFD symbology / text

The rain and drops look amazing, but without moving droplets when the airplane is moving feels wrong and kills it for me if you can make them flow back as per ed default then were on to one hell of an improvement!

Light wands should be higher priority.... I think we'd like to use the SC at night properly...
