Force feedback Joystick from Moza
VR Flight Guy in PJ Pants replied to Thunderchief2000's topic in Input Devices
I had side-mouted the Moza for reasons. And then I found out my USB cable was not long enough. I had one ordered and would test out the gun effect later. -
Big thanks

I need to check the profile for I have not used it for some time. But the Hind profile I used with Ka-50III do address of gun firing. -
Shame, may be some other day you would be open to order. I am not known to be a DIYer even though I am in the UK... Anyway, just to let you know I am now a subscriber to your channel.

I use a user-made F-15C profile, converted for the latest cockpit version, and see if it suits you or not. DCS F-15C.preset -

Would it be possible to add "weapon restriction" of which some combinations of loadout would be invalid? -

Slowing down the thumb stick
VR Flight Guy in PJ Pants replied to VR Flight Guy in PJ Pants's topic in Input Devices
Thank you, will try. -
For sticks with thumb sticks, like STECS, which can map to axis, I find them too loose and can go way too fast to be precise. How should I config them to slow down? Thanks in advanced.

The Cockpit software updated, all the old user-made profiles/presets are not working at all. But it seems there are more profiles and more sims supported. -
Tagline: Why not both?TM Micro-review: The AB9 base shakes the most when the helicopter goes in or out of transition, it is quite intense (video idea), but I personally would not suggest to use it as a vibrator or something similar. F-16 "mode", which transforms the stick into a less expensive, powered MFSSB. The trick is the stick moves itself to the opposite direction to where you force the stick to while still registering your movement. Since my base is not yet on the side, I have tried this one. It is not that stiff, I am told it is a profile thing, but it is like hand wrestling with a pole on the ground which can slight move.

I have no problem with MiG-23 et al even thought I have no interest in it. May be I get mixed up or confused by myself. Some says that Red Force is so unbalanced when Blue side gets all the cool toys. There will be a full-fi F-15C (as if the FC version was not OP enough), Red Force only has the MiG-29A upcoming (with no disrespect here, this one is Zero Day to me), there should be a MiG-23/27 to balance things out. This is where my understanding goes away.
