All A-10s in the inventory don’t have OBOGS, all our jets at Moody are LOX still

If you want to take “they sky is falling” approach , with zero proof, instead of being happy we’re getting some new toys for the A-10C so be it.

Zero content? It’s not like it’s an entirely different aircraft with a different mission set. It’s the same aircraft with updated avionics. People need to relax and just wait until ED officially says what the plan is. Jumping on virtual tables isn’t going to get anyone anywhere.

Not sure what this has to do with the Syria map. That being said the product you mention has no combat capability so I think ED is “safe.”

Diyabarbkir would be nice, we had jets divert there multiple times during my deployment.

The real ACES II has two safety pins. One in the left ejection handle and one in the manual chute release. That’s probably what is being referenced. Also if ED does do this it isn’t realistic, crew chiefs pull the aces II and canopy jettison handle safety pins prior to the pilot getting into the cockpit.

Unfortunately I think the NTTR map (and Caucuses for that matter) are to old to take advantage of the new lighting and map technologies without a major update/rework. I don’t see this happening since one is free and the other, at least based on the MP server list, isn’t used much. But yes I agree would be nice, we use the NTTR map exclusively for all our training (except carrier quals obviously) in the 476th.
