Can‘t confirm this on my side….I‘m always doing cold starts in the AH-64D. Squelching works for me. Note these are momentary switches. I switch all 5 on startup and communications works fine for me…..

Yep, if DCS slingloading gets improved….there‘s great options slingloading with CH-47. It has 3 Cargohooks under the fuselage to deal best with different loads.

Yes, George head is moving a bit since the latest OB‘s. Especially on startup und shutdown the AC. I like it very much and would like to see more in flight e.g. in combination while George warning for threats and incoming fire ….

I‘m mostly looking forward to FCR, AGM114L and also datalink. These will strongly enhance AH-64‘s capabilities….. I can understand that some want these things soon, me too. But things take time to get done. That‘s it for DCS and that‘s it for Life, we‘ll have to accept and deal with it…….and finally when it‘s done we will be even more happier with our Apache beast.

Did you take off from an airfield or FARP? Did you start the mission Cold and Dark or with engines running? As Floyd1212 already asked maybe there was an object at your take off site placed which caused the issue?
