Food, water and air would not be of much concern when your in “hyper-sleep” (I suppose meant was suspended animation or Cryo-sleep) and they certainly would not be aware of being in an uncomfortable space suit which they probably would not be wearing. Besides with the postulated wormholes and other dimensions, there is no worry about extended trips for a thousands of years.

Right...and we are on an “Earth” that is just a Particle orbiting the nucleus of some atom that makes up a cow patty on larger scale. The whole thing is just a graduation on an upward (the “Big”) and downward (the “Small”) infinitesimal scale. Perhaps we inhabit that which is akin to the starship Enterprise which is analogous to toilet paper...due to the fact that both have the commonality of orbiting Uranus in search of Klingons.

Sure this would be a great addition but Unfortunately, this will probably not happen in our lifetime. We can’t even get traction on saving a pilot from the sea. Which would require the pilot not sinking to his death (needs life raft) and being rescued by chopper pilots. Sad isn’t it....

They could try game mode if that works. I dunno if that would make a difference. Prefer to leave it alone. Gives me good feedback Tomcat can be a challenge. Thats why I like it.

All the buzz about not buying this module if the spawning/parking glitch is not improved...due to some being inconvenienced in their operations... Seems an irrational boycott threat. Really? If it is that much an inconvenience for a large operation why not add another carrier or two? So what? But now you can spawn 8-12 in less time if mission timelines are all that important. Or is it about...What... you want to have 4 guys on the Cats with another 4-8 on deck waiting? Or 12 waiting, Cold starts with empty cats? That would be nice immersion... Cool to have a populated deck sure. Squadron Combat operations are a blast, you cant beat that for immersion and satisfaction. Honestly, I can’t imagine many would forego what looks to be an awesome carrier upgrade because that operation might be status quo. Surely ED is obviously aware and endeavor to solve the problem. Iirc...There has been some work on this recently here and there. I have confidence ED will improve it but I won’t give up the module for spawning issues for which we find work arounds.

Audio is not a show stopper on the S. Quality ear buds (I attached semi-permanently) work just fine and for me is actually easier to use than the CV1 ill fitting built-in ear speakers. I would not avoid the S just because of the audio.

Heck... I always see it. When you select A/P on the UFC and select a mode like BALT you get an indicator like a colon (:BALT ) which indicates it is selected. There is no separate annunciator light to tell you that you have an A/P mode engaged. On/Off Button for Tacan, ILS works on one press most of the time. Sometimes I do have to click it a couple of times but I wrote that off as my fault. Lately, I make sure I am squarely “on” the button when I press it and it works first click. If I see a glitch like this I usually write it off to something to do with the fact I am in MP. I see a-lot of little things that are funky in MP.

Hard to agree with this when I never see any glitches with Track IR. After many years of use and tuning smoothness and speed, it runs flawless under all circumstances. A dark room is essential.

F16 like the A10 is Air Force... No it does not serve in the US Navy.

I only fly MP with friends in TS. S has a built in mic (no boom) and it works fine. But no mute button which I wish it had.
