  1. Which means it did not fly a deep strike mission anywhere.
  2. Shhh, they were very deep and secret missions.
  3. Since the FPS is largely related to the graphics and not the underlying switchology, I doubt it.
  4. If it isn't modeled in the sim then, from a DCS perspective, it really doesn't matter what the IRL aircraft is capable of.
  5. Tempting but I am still holding out for the combat pedals for my MFGs.
  6. According to the FB post, yes.
  7. Don't count on since it would make no sense to do that.
  8. BM software is nice for testing a rig but is of little value if you have very specific games (i.e. DCS) in mind.
  9. Cool, that answers my question. I really don't feel the need for this but it is very tempting to get it anyway. I must need counselling.
  10. Tell her not to worry until you cut holes in the walls for the wings. ;)
  11. If you only want one version installed then, IMHO, I would nuke the entire folder and install the version that you want to play. You will, otherwise, always have a mess on your hands.
  12. That has been available for many, many years. Unless you mean something other than what it appears that you said.
  13. Same as it was in the OP. An arm-chair QB telling ED how they should be running their business.
  14. Nice, and for a good price. However, I am curious about what the Buddy-Fox software does since it is DX compatible and P-n-P.
  15. Actually, this is why trying to use a non-gaming machine for gaming is not a good idea.
  16. ASUS or Zotac are the only cards I have used in many, many years.
  17. Agreed with hansangb. Don't try to deal with weapons, just learn to fly. Many years ago, with the A-10C, I spent weeks just learning to land it well. Don't try to be a warrior at the outset, just try to be a pilot.
  18. Wow...almost ten years. This is close if not a new necro record.
  19. It has worked this way since the first days of the DCS World updater. Use the manual update command and you can update whenever you wish.
  20. Since it is a computer program, quite easily.
  21. It is the most expensive part of the package, so you must have been thinking 2500 to 3000 for a realistic total. $2500 is my target for any new build, in recent years. That includes about $200 just for the PSU.
  22. It can be done in DCS but the performance will be abysmal.
  23. Minimal tuning if any. I have adjusted my curves but it was quite functional even without adjustments.
