DCS would be dead long before 2050 if that happens. As ED has stated in the past, MP is the minority of players.

Unless money is very tight, in which case a different hobby is recommended, then go for the i7. Actually, ASAP means exactly what it says. As Soon As Possible. ;) This means that it will come exactly when it is possible to get it finished and not one moment sooner. Take your time HF. It is worth the wait.

The bottom line, which is often ignored, is that when DCS is running it is not the only thing that Windows is doing. Even if DCS only used two threads, the background applications and Windows itself will take advantage of the rest.

Every new release requires the Open Beta. Why is this so hard to figure out?
