Have any of you manually edited hosts in your C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts ? It seems some people have edited this in the past and it is creating problems for some Open C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts in notepad, check for api.digitalcombatsimulator.com line and delete, then save. ( if it is not there dont worry ) Then retry the update.

Hi all, server was overloaded during the patch and Cold War Germany launch, user numbers peaked substantially and the auth server was struggling, but it has been tweaked and you should have better luck now login in. thank you
