  1. So, how did it go, now that the Chinook is out? Still got the F1 anyway?
  2. He likely acknowledged the cautions before leaving the WCA page (so should you) so there isn't any issue with it for the remainder of the mission.
  3. I can confirm that only right and left are flipped, front and aft callouts are correct. Can't deliver a trackfile so far because this regularly only happens when 20 minutes or so into missions on MP servers so the trackfile would be rather large. Maybe somebody else is lucky? This issue is not that unimportantafter all.
  4. couldn't find this so far, where to set the mode? Only found channel entry in the CNI page
  5. Thanks for clarification
  6. I don't think so, as the CDI needle indicating your offset wouldn't be of any use if the bearing would constantly update. Its supposed to present a track and how accurate you are maintaining on this track. If the n/i INS/GNS would prevent this, we wouldn't have any initial track in the first place.
  7. Oh I see, didn't notice sadly no distance readout
  8. I find the hovering characteristics pretty decent and stable
  9. This happens for me when I start the APU by a keybind (have all of these on switches in my simpit) instead of clicking. The tutorial for some reason waits for the mouseclick instead of checking for the APU to run.
  10. There is no TACAN indication anyway. All you can do is listen to the morse IDs.
  11. to be fair, it does illuminate during lamps test
  12. You could have missed out this
  13. I got "missile missile right" several times while heading east and a Blackshark was launching missiles 10 NM north of me. There were no objects at all to the south (right) of me between 12 and 6 o'clock. So in fact the missile launches happened to the left of me, yet the CMWS called right
  14. While keeping the handle pulled, press your toe brakes once, then release the handle. Handle will maintain in the protruded position. Done. To release parking brake, tip toe brakes again.
  15. It's EA, I think we gotta give ED some time to add a lot of important stuff and then also some dozens of liveries in between. I'm even hoping for German liveries at the horizon, since Germany will receive 60 CH-47F in the near future.
  16. It's fine. We currently only have access to VHF via a single ARC-186 running in AM. No UHF at all right now and the FM and HF radio do have fixed freqs. w.i.p. I guess.
  17. Tried to bind with keyboard, button on a box and a switch on my stick. Doesn't work. clicking on the ACK-key B7 seems to be the only current option.
  18. I have to do this as well with my Saitek pedals, in most (all?) modules, this is not an issue with these module though. But yes, problems may arise when people forget to check their toe break axis' config in regard of necessary inverting.
  19. I remember how some years ago ED stated that modules should follow the unified standard of right clicking enabling and left click disabling stuff. During the startup of the Chinook its instantly noticeable that its the opposite in this module. Battery, all three generators, all eight fuel pumps, the B/U power and both pwr xfer switches require LMB click to be switched on. Is this an intentional deviation from a long known concept?
  20. works fine here
  21. Ok, this is a non-issue when selecting the appropriate setting in the special options.
  22. The two red horizontal bars likely supposed to display the power setting remain at the bottom at all times.
  23. I eventually can shut both engines down by pulling the fire handles, the ECL in OFF detent don't work. CH-47F_CAUC_TRNG_01_CS.miz_09082024_23-05_ENG dont cut.trk
  24. CH-47F_CAUC_TRNG_01_CS.miz_09082024_23-05_NO UTIL PRES.trk
