I have never been interested in campaigns e.t.c I fly my own small missions but I picked up a little server and my DCS has changed to another experience. So I started looking for a payed campaign and for no reason fancied a spitfire campaign I normally fly jet and a little apache,I bought Reflected Beware! Beware for the simple reason I watched his video and was impressed how dedicated and the love he has for DCS so looking forward to my Beware! Beware playtime

:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\Bazar\shaders\modelglass_material_techniques.hlsl When you use the Persian gulf map this will work straight of the bat but if you want Caucasus map etc. you have to go to the Persian first not really looked into any more as I am use the gulf only at the moment. I must say early morning on the carrier was way to much shadow effect for me kind of of silly looking in VR but now lovey also I would remove the refection's if I was you.

I see nothing different performance wise.

Flat Shadows. I done a quick pancake test not tried in vr but cockpit I lose 20 ish but external on the F18 no drop at all. Also the FPS in the cockpit are the same with shadows Hight or Low no difference but still lose the same 20 ish frames. . -

When I fist used VR was 2017 using CV1 oculus and I was in heaven but as soon as you start reading peoples woes you notice them and start the journey of looking for a unicorn for perfection. ignorance is bliss. -
Running a monitor whilst in VR must surely affect performance?
freehand replied to Whiskeybravo's topic in Virtual Reality
I thought this was referring to multiple monitor setups when I run monitors many years ago there was a performance hit. Any how my answer holds true on the little things in VR even tho I was totally off topic lol. -

Every thing cost something. And when you have lots of the little things it becomes a big thing. Most peoples rigs are bloated with little things. -
Newegg and Fraud = DO NOT BUY FROM THERE
freehand replied to Hammer1-1's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
I bought privately yesterday 9th and paid at 12.27 pm the parcel arrived today the 10th before 1 pm with DPD here in the UK. The item was a small PC still as fair size. I know this is different than a company but it can be done even this time of year. -

freehand replied to sirrah's topic in DCS: AH-64D
I have most aircraft fly over my dwelling my none scientific is below haha When an ospray comes over it vibrates the pictures on the walls as does the chinooks the Apache has a lower base sound but still 2 times louder ish than the air ambulance. I hear the apache before I see it that being said I am not looking for one also there is usually 2 of them. lol hope this helps.
