I have disagree on your views. There are quite a few of us that would appreciate a well done transport in DCS yes the other sim blah blah.. it has a very bad flight model and no damage model... so MEH... I rather do transport in DCS with its smaller maps and less Nav aids.. It is still 1000 times more immersive than the prettiest graphics out there... So p;ease stop telling us to go fly transport to another sim. My Squad flies resupply flights both on and Off len, when some one wants to contribute a squad flight but alas no one on line you can fly a transport route a supply, or tactical flight.. -we do this since we flew in il 2 1946, back in the 90s-. The popularity of the C 130 is not casual and not a novelty. Just because you dont see it, it doesn't mean its not worth it.. And its perfect for Off liners. Feel like a quick but challenging flight!? Try to land on the carrier at dusk or navigate to find it in overcast weather.. the possibilities are soo numerous

Have to agree with GS in his video posted by Mike Romeo. BUT, remember tactics and team work beat the "better aircrafts" every day of the week and twice on Sundays...

The Viggen has more complex systems, and is much , much more capable in A/G. But it absolutely lacks A/A capability except as self defense in very short range. I like the Viggen better, more hours of learning, more diversity.. The Mirage is very simple regarding weapon systems and capabilities... is basically a medium range interceptor with very, very basic A/G capabilities...

OK, Thank You for taking the time to answer me Naquaii. It really feels bitter not to be able to fly a Module under whatever country you want. I reacted badly because I really thought it was the norm with every module, to be able to be flown in any country but now, I realize the SU 33 is the same Only Red factions, witch is kind of limiting, Specially when DCS has no coherence at all Neither with theaters, dates, or Assets... Being a "sandbox" its fun to come up with new scenarios and "What if", and not only Historical scenarios that By the Way are very limited in DCS, frames do not match, maps do not match, assets don´t either, there is no real Opfor for many modules... So being absolute and strict on certain things makes me go: What the hell? Anyway Thanks for your time.

Er.. I don´t think Is That Simple QuiGon.. I believe Port Stanley changed quite a bit from 1982 to 1999 or even 2010. The airport has a new configuration too... They should place the airstrip in Goose Green, compleately gone in the new century... I believe it might be a few more things than just removing MPAB...;) Now regarding the decision to make a modern Map. Its not intended to simulate another conflict with argentina, but maybe a super power clash for the strategic location, maybe China, maybe Russia,

Oh you mean I can´t fly the Module I bought for the country I feel like? You are kidding right? Every other flyable module is available fr every country.. I please beg you to reconsider... Otherwise Y kind of feel cheated... Whats next restrict witch Map you fly it in? AND may I ask why the change in policy? THE US nor USN ever flew the AJS 37 still f you choose USA or Russia, or USSR for that matter....you can fly it..

Yes F-16 A, F-18 B/C, F-15As, either that or be able to retrofit Older weapons, like AIM 9 Limas, o Mikes Early AIM-7´s, etc, yo guove Mission creators flexibility...

Well ED better start working on that Ground units damage model and IA if its going the Helo way...And Modernizing a plethora of assets. It´s not the same to see a 1990´s model 350 kts than going 80 kts or doing a hover... On the positive side Sirya Map is Perfect for the Apache....

HI I get how to make my own missions and put Planes on the ground. My big question is, once you save the missions and revert the LUA to the original file, is there any undesired effects? I want to make missions for may squad but most people do not mod their Install. Is there any draw back? Doe sit induce any bugs if its only Client Aircraft that Do start from ground?

Take a deep breath.. Its not that hard. just look for some Youtube videos, fly the training missions , usually it shows you step by step how to do things... get a joystick with a POV HAT, bind the views to it and two keys for zoom in and out.. I promise it is not that complicated.

well they still have to implement a proximity fuse to all missiles, so.. That would solve the warping target issue too...

Yes we need better, and more assets and nothing is free. A yearly asset pack, would be a grate addition to the DCS world... You cant expect to get the game updated for free.. every other genere changes the engine very 2 years and you have to buy the full pack again, and again.. stop limiting DCS If you want 2020 models you have to pay for them. Its what companies do, they sell stuff...
