  1. Hi, A very good friend of mine has recently encountered a problem with Head Tracking in DCS. After recently purchasing the DelanClip Fusion (as all of our Flying team have without issue) and running it perfectly within DCS until two days ago when he discovered DCS was no longer recognising any head movement. Further investigation showed that the TrackIR column in the options/controls/All but Axis Commands, and AXIS Commands sections are no longer present when they had been there previously. The Webcam is plugged directly into the PC upon advice after this issue arose, however, the user had unplugged the Webcam from a USB Hub previous to the loss of the Head Tracking in DCS. The DelanClip Fusion appears to be working perfectly via OpenTrack software and is showing full and free movement. DCS has been uninstalled and reinstalled twice, with no resolution to the issue. Is there anyone who has experienced or is aware of the issue who may be able to shed any light on this problem for us?
  2. At the risk of a protracted debate; my good friend of some 20 + years whom I speak to on a daily basis was an A-4C pilot with VA-172, including a Tonkin Gulf cruise (1966-1967 USS FDR), stated last night: "We always taxied under our own power, from parking, to the catapult and from the wires after landing using differential breaking". I am not being pedantic or demeaning of your post in any way, but in the case of the USN A-4C your statement is incorrect. Edited for spelling error.
  3. In regards to the A-4C the pilot used differential braking to taxi around the carrier. The pilot, therefore, did taxi the jet under his own power whilst maneuvering on the deck. I cannot speak for the E variant, however. The Mod is accurate from a C model perspective.
  4. Thank you HE5405, I knew I had read it some where
  5. Unfortunately so, from what I have read, I wanted to quote where I read this but for the life of me, I can't remember. It was either on these forums or else where. Is a great shame, would love to see the F6 but what would have been even better a T5 with multicrew!!!! Oh, the DCS dreams I have... Full of multicrew RAF Tonkas (GR1/a and F3), Banana Jet S2B's, Pusscat T4's and Frightning T5's... Alas...
  6. There is an O-2 Skymaster AI, very good model, forget where I found it though. Try Googling.
  7. Katze, Sir!!!!!! From what I understand Razbam dropped the Lightning project...
  8. Panavia Tornado IDS variant could buddy tank also...
  9. Admiral, May I put forward a suggestion for a most notable ship as a future consideration for a model? HMS Endurance (1967) pennant number A171. (HMS Endurance (1967) Wiki). This would be perfect for use on the South Atlantic map.
  10. Has this project gone bye-bye?
  11. No probs, I am sorry I can't be of any more help as I don't know what more to say. By all means PM me if you think I can be of further assistance.
  12. Hi KeyserSoze, from your list I have used: Lewis Pullman, Oak Hill, and Blue Ridge, San Antonio I haven't used. My resolution is 2560x1440.
  13. Hi KeyserSoze62, yes, flying off, and landing on, I have not suffered any ill effects - Edit: I should mention that I only fly the UH-1 Huey.
  14. Admiral, if this helps any, I have a complete potato for a DCS PC. An old 3rd Gen i7 (3770K), Asus Sabertooth MB, GTX970 graphics card, but I do have 32gb of memory... I have not witnessed any noticeable FPS drop whilst using your mods. I tend to over-populate my missions with all sorts of goodies, but never seem to have an issue. I also tend to push my graphics hard in the DCS settings. Just my two penneth. Thank you for all your hard work with the mods you have given us to date.
  15. Sverdlov & Sovremenny classes = H.S. Buccaneer... Hey, one can dream and wish at the same time. Edit for spelling >.<
  16. Maximov, Thank you very much indeed for all your help, much appreciated.
  17. Personally, my wish list here would include the RN Type 22's (Broadsword class), Type 23's (Duke class), Type 42's (Sheffield Class), and a late 1970s rendition of the fabled R09 HMS Ark Royal, these would do quite nicely please Santa.
  18. I would definitely buy the B-52, whichever model, D preferably. However, I would much prefer an Avro Vulcan... Just saying
