  1. TGP FLIR looks great for me in 2.5. Targets really pop [emoji1303] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Will hopefully be taken care of when the clouds are reworked. Remember that these are just the "updated" clouds, not the "new" clouds...so there is still cause for optimism! Just gotta give ED some time.
  3. Can the guys having awesome experiences post up their in game settings, pixel densities, and NVidia Driver versions please?
  4. What value are you running? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. I can feel Mustang's excitement all the way over here in the States  Thanks for the updates, Mav!
  6. Believe he is asking about the throttle?
  7. There is no store page There are forum posts and an email address with which you have all communication with Roman.
  8. Did the same yesterday, worked well for me.
  9. Go sit in the cockpit in an instant action mission, pause it, open your VR Options, and start tweaking it from 50 to 55 to 60. You'll quickly see it doesn't just effect the UI layer. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Thanks, boss. Much appreciated  Believe he is in VR...I find that in VR I need the gamma much lower than I do when on a monitor. I am usually at 1.2-1.3 gamma in VR...looks like Wags doesn't use as much of a spread between monitor (only a 0.1 different per his posts ITT). If I don't put my gamma low like that VR looks washed out quite often for me in bright daytime conditions, not so much on my calibrated monitor.
  11. VAICOMPRO isn't working properly for any modules for me in 2.5. It just loads the "Default Module" for me as well, over and over. I've tried to closing/restarting, etc numerous times to no avail. edit: Apparently per the above I may need to do a complete reinstall? Hollywood, would this wipe my voice training setting clean?
  12. Just don't run in-game MSAA and DS together, that's what causes the FPS issue. If you're not in VR, force MFAA through NVidia Control Panel. If you are in VR, that setting doesn't impact VR visuals so leave it go and just turn MSAA off.
  13. In VR, are the rest of your settings still as quoted below? This is with the 2x MSAA and 16x AA also? This would help me very much in trying to baseline my VR settings, given the similarities of our rigs. Thanks, and great job to you and the team on 2.5 Source: https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=3316375&postcount=573
  14. Depends how often the frames drop...45+ is perfectly fine, when it drops below, not so much.
  15. This. I had to move Gamma to 1.3 in VR to make the world look right...but that then makes the cockpit look much too dark. Hoping it will be tweaked soon.
  16. The one thing I won't ever turn off is DS, personally it is a must have as it makes everything look so much better IMO. I would rather turn MSAA off instead. Currently I have PD at 1.5 and most (if not all?) settings on High, DS On, MSAA at 2x, Max sliders on Visibility + Trees + Grass/Clutter, AA at 8x, Terrain Shadows at Default. This is all from memory, but I believe it's accurate. I am anywhere between 25-45+ FPS. Mostly 45 with drops down to 25 intermittently. I'm with ya there
  17. Mine came in around 16GB, IIRC.
  18. Multiplayer - I once got to 21-0 on the 104th server flying solo one evening after a day at the office. I've gotten to 10-15 kills with 0 losses many times, but I remember the anticipation and nerves building steadily as the kills kept racking up. I flew extremely aggressively all night and I got out of a lot of situations I shouldn't have, and it was a TON of fun. I also remember a lot of my early sorties online in MP when I first found DCS. I wasn't very good, or good at all really, but some of those times I can remember vividly like they were yesterday. Solo: Never had a single memorable moment flying single player. I find it to be brutally boring for the most part, except to learn new tasks via repetition (landings, AAR, etc)
  19. This  I was running 2x or 4x in 2.2 on NTTR, I suppose I will start with 2x and work my way up.
  20. It's already out now
  21.
  22. Welp, time to plant the seed at work that I have early symptoms of the flu, I suppose :music_whistling:
  23. I get the "wow" feeling every time I load into a plane in VR. Every single time. I expect that experience will be even further elevated when my JetSeat arrives early next month. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. +1, would be very interested to know how much temporary incremental space will be needed before the option to remove 2.2 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
