well.. yeah! they did all the research to get all the details and specs already - why wouldn't they try to transfer over as much as possible from one project to the other unless.. is there something wrong with the fsx/tacpack version?? (honest question)

here's a question... in the multiplayer interface we are currently unable to edit or modify the given waypoints can that ever be changed in the future?? somehow give us even limited access to the mission editor in the multiplayer interface so we can plan routes and make navigation easier -- and, maybe the next logical step.. SOMEday it sure would be nice to have a "mission commander" position available to edit and task air units in the multiplayer environment like CA, but for air thx, ED : )

58-in panny (see sig) running at 1440p fps at 4k doesn't cut it for me - i can keep a solid 60fps (with some dips, granted) at 1440

the missiles when will the missiles be fixed (there IS a segment of the population that wants an AIR COMBAT SIMULATION) pretty please - thank you

something about the environment ----- it always looks so BLUE my memory of nevada is its much more "yellow" am i way off here? what does everybody else say?? ==edit== also want to say.. "thankyou!" i don't know of other game developers who give sneak previews like this - very much appreciated loved how it looked - its amazing also, i noticed the afterburners - looking better!! : ) the HDR effect inside the cockpit as the sun comes in to view - wow! the sheer number of objects is.. astounding ---- and there didn't seem to be any stuttering or slow-downs at all - fantastic

howabout for the IRST?? clouds, haze, angle of the sun.. etc will degrade IRST operation -- would like to see a bit more fidelity in modeling these effects : )

also, don't forget this.. at SOME POINT it will go on sale but you gotta be patient - just like everything else, it will *eventually* go on sale - if you don't want to pay forty bucks, you gotta wait - if you don't want to wait.. pony up the coin! imma gonna be buying it "day one" : )

good point yeah - i'd like to have the "data" that comes from an AWACS (so you can feed that to LOTatc) but keep the comms muted or....... even have a separate volume control like we have with the RWR

fantastic read! i'm glad we got "several" FSU a/c to glean intel from - and in fact fight against i'm also glad that the big wheels of the bureaucratic process over there deemed it more important to protect their national pride than to take seriously the lessons gleaned from the western technology dropped in to their laps

WHAT EDDIE SAID by the way, just to show you just a little bit about the kind of information "out there" take a look at tactics and techniques of electronic warfare in vietnam (amazon) the bibliography is full of declassified (S) and even some (TS) source material boom! i have this book and i was amazed - i've never seen such material posted publicly before ==EDIT== well for petes sake.. would you look at that! PDF you don't even have to buy it.............. lol

SRS was definitely a great change of pace - thank you! but please don't forget about 80s weekend : ) and then........ 80s wkd using the EvW format would be too cool : ) but like you said, not EVERY mission, not every day, not even every weekend - but yeah, "some"times is definitely cool

yep! that is exactly correct ----- good job guys 8) and yeah, be careful ----- i filed away, seated it back in the throttle, tried it out - filed some more, put it back in, filed some more and you have to do that for both sides (left and right throttle grips)

word on the street is observed performance is better on the same computer whether you would feel compelled to upgrade or not, i do not know - me personally, i wouldn't be happy with 40fps but.. i would definitely wait for 2.0 to come out to make that decision unless you want to upgrade "now" because you want better performance "now"
