I´m not entirely sure about which map exactly covers which area. The map of Normandy we have already was created by 3rd party. The new channel map comes from ED themselves and that´s the reason why we will have 2 separate maps I think.

If you cancel you have the option to switch to http download instead of using torrent. Should you cancel this as well you can restart the download afterwards - it should continue where you left off. It just verfies the data before continuing. Gesendet von meinem ONEPLUS A6013 mit Tapatalk

I´ve attached a track file. I also reviewed the flight in Tacview - but Tacview didn´t show the same forces after the hit and furthermore the tacview replay endet soon after. Seems to me that this might be a pilot kill which isn´t accordingly recognized / triggered in the game? 109_blackout_high_G.trk

Probably a bug - 109 also starts oscillating like crazy and g-forces jump all over the place resulting in a permanent blackout.

Had it as well yesterday - the plane starts kinda osciallating and g-forces go repeatedly from around +15 to -15 within a split second.

Fixed wings might be a bit better suited to start as well - at least for me it works better than helos. In helos I still get motion sickness kinda fast whereas in fixed wings I can play comfortable for quite an amount of time yet. Gesendet von meinem ONEPLUS A6013 mit Tapatalk

Just went for a flight on Normandy and took a look at the beaches. It looks quite ok for me - there are a few spots where you can see sudden changes in textures and therefore the polygon edges which to be true isn´t that beautiful but I think these might be bugs or there may be just too little detail for good vertex blending. The water however looks fine from deep to shallow:

I also got the Quest a couple months back and I´m quite satisfied with it. I´m using it with the official Link cable which costs a few bucks more than other USB cables but it just works and quality is fine. I´ve tried the Rift-S before - the image was a bit crispier and the headset more comfortable to wear but for me the problem was the fixed IPD range. 1/3 of the image around the edges was blurry for me - so obviously a no go here. The Quest I think is a nice entry level piece of hardware into the world of VR and as a bonus you can also use it wireless which is quite nice. I´ll probably get another piece of VR hardware in the future but till then I´m quite happy with my quest :)

Kommt drauf an - jedes hat so seine Eigenheiten und was für den einen funktioniert oder das beste ist, kann für den anderen überhaupt nicht funktionieren. Ich würde vorschlagen, die Kisten zu testen, solange das noch kostenlos möglich ist.

Just tried free flight missions with other warbirds and everything was smooth.

Did the free flight mission in Normandy yesterday and FPS were kinda on the low side. i7 6700k, RTX 2070 super, 32GB RAM, No problems with other aircraft.

Bist du dir sicher? Hieß doch immer, dass die KI ein vereinfachtes FM verwendet.

You need to press it 3 times.
