I find the internal cockpit sounds during shaking and turbolences among the best in all modules, cockpit feels live and not that sterile. Lunches and engines are fine but Holywood or realistic the SME or people who flown it and lunched missiles can say. I find the switches clicking sound a bit overdone and too loud tho.. Overall I find the cokpit more "alive" and less sterile than the other dcs modules, mainly because of the shaking effercts, add the "chatter" effects from vaicom pro and the imerrsion is good. Again if it is Holiwood or realistic only people who actually flown it can say.

+1 on improving jester skills. Specifically to manage the radar volume. For example I had a spikes 2 o'clock on the rwr, I had to tell him via the menu to move the antenna center-left but it is rio's job to know how to do this. I understand coding of RIO AI is not easy, but since we already have target prioritization on the rwr it should be possible to make it point the radar at the most critical targets based on spikes or datalink. It would also good if we can have multiple levels of RIO involvement , for example "full" will make him do everything real RIO has to do (more or less) "semi" he will not do certain critical things (aka moving the radar cone) or make him "ask" the pilot if he should do it and act only on approval etc...

Can we have the covers automatically lifted/closed if the switch below is activated from a controller ? I really hate covers to be bindable as it makes no sense: 1. How many people will have a controller with a cover which is actually "on" "off" switch so it can be binded ? And even if someone does, they have to open it no matter if it is binded or not so they should not care too much. 2. It is not more realistic to have a cover binded to a button/switch somewhere on the controller and it is a waste of buttons 3. If you have a controller which actually have a cover which is not eletrical on off switch, then you have to phisically lift the cover, then activate some button or click with mouse to open the in game cover, and then activate the swtich needed --- meh... So please make it optional if you wish but please make the covers to open/close automatically if the switch is operated from a button box :)

Su-27 entered service in 1985 like 10 years after f-14. Also what you see as a FC-3 su27 is not what the real aircraft was back in the 1980s. Navigation, radio is much worst, irst and radar are much more unreliable irl, especially irst. The refresh rate of the hud is also not that smooth as you see it. They also suffer from very unreliable hud this is why they have always hud repeater on the display. Datalink is not even close to what we have in fc3. You are comparing fc3 aircraft which is very simplified and made to be balanced in comparison to the other fc3, also why fc3 f-15 missing essential features like datalink. +1 Voice attack. Work like a charm and is very immersive :) The jester wheel suck, too big and obscuring view, not immersive at all, I hate it. Hope to optimize my VA profile with time and have full VA comm with Jester.

When you are about to approach for landing the instructor says to switch the beacons far/near to make sure you are aligned with the runway based on needle motion, but this is not the correct way to do it, instead you should set up course needle to runway heading and fly the thin ndb needle inside the course needle. Small note here, even if bindings for all the different button covers will be added, still prefer to be able to open the cover and activate the button from the single control bind, otherwise if you don't have cover on your controller, which is mostly the case, it is quite annoying (mig-21 approach for example). Thanks EDIT: Aside from the animation and a waste of "on" positions on the board I see no reason for covers to be simulated, if you have button covers on your controller you can't press the buttons before opening the cover anyway, but if you don't have covers or they are not active "on" positions and they are simulated, you are screwed. Addition to the issue is the brake behavior. It is just set to full brakr/no brake, the moment you want to turn it applies full brake and the plane stops. If you check other eastern modules like mig 15, when you press the brake button it applies it smoothly not suddenly to max which helps when turning. Sent from my Redmi 4 using Tapatalk
