  1. Thank you for the detailed response. You are correct, your internal categorization of the ticket is not relevant to me, the user. Am I to understand that.... because a feature was working as described since day one of the module... and best I can search never reported to the developers...that automatically makes it a feature, and not an unreported bug? Despite your single ejection binding instructing the user to press it 3 times, in congruence with best I can see every module in the DCS ecosystem? Thank you.
  2. I provide 3 tracks, and this single sentence makes me have to do more work to report this bug. Here in Heatblur Simulations F-4. The same keybind. No eject on single press. No eject on double press. F4 No eject.trk I request you remove the default keyboard bindings for this instant ejection command, as pressing 2 random keys in the F4 on accident can lead to an ejection during an immersive mission.
  3. Please also check whatever internal standards exist with ED, I suspect you will find one that stipulates a 3x press of the ejection command, as it is universal among all module makers. At the very least, x3 needs to be the default, with a single press option available for cockpit builders.
  4. It only takes a single press of the CTRL+E command to initiate an ejection, not the stated repetition of three times. We discovered this while a friend was in close during a carrier landing, and his cat happened to step on both the Control and E keys of his keyboard at the same time, causing an ejection and crash. Affects all variants of the Tomcat. F-14A Early Eject Bug.trk F-14A Late Eject Bug.trk F-14B Eject Bug.trk
  5. The tutorial has been bugged for a couple years now. Try it on another mission.
  6. After spending 9 missions getting used to the flow, Events 11 and 12 are lacking the G-Warm maneuvers. I performed them anyways, but don't know if their omissions are intentional or not. Thanks.
  7. I discovered how to continue by accident on this mission. I circled with my flight and nothing progressed, so after I was comfortably in formation, I pressed my Space Bar and the mission continued.
  8. I will pay URGA Media 2 Dollars US to see the lights of Las Vegas on the horizon (on the DCS NTTR Map).
  9. Keep the speed up as soon as it leaves the pavement. You will sometimes get a chance to get it back on. Once the wheel stops turning it seems to really dig in deep.
  10. He might extend it again as you get closer to landing. Have you tried it? Does Petrovich let you land with the gear retracted while flying in the front seat?
  11. just shoot at it more
  12. This sounds like AI, and it's been around for probably 15 years. Those AI Hinds are extremely rugged. I'd venture to guess they have to be considering how much they like flying into enemy AI weapons.
  13. If you selected to display the voltage of the external power source, and you didn't actually have external power connected, then yes it would be correct for that voltmeter to show zero.
  14. No, this was not fixed. It was merely reverted back to the previous *less* broken state it was in before the cockpit update made it completely unusable. Now, it's usable, but just broken.
  15. If they have older modules which support it I think it should be left in.
  16. goat rope (plural goat ropes) (slang) A confusing, disorganized situation often attributed to or marked by human error. (slang) A convoluted issue that is contested by many parties. A rodeo event in which competitors attempt to lasso a goat, usually for younger participants. An ill-advised solution to contain a problem; a solution that will eventually fail.
  17. Fly the Su-25T Georgian Oil War campaign missions to get a sense of how the 'old school" briefings were performed.
  18. Just tested this with the same bomb load you have, and the symbology is correct for me. Might want to check mods or run a repair. Perhaps upload a track?
  19. I'll post a track when I care enough. None of the previously reported HSI bugs got looked at, and the entire instrument got rendered unusable. I have a couple more days of being fed up.
  20. I loved baked in reflections and need to stay in as an option.
  21. I have never removed those two screws with my TM grips and there are no interference issues I can see. But you only get one choice of grip orientation. "This will allow the Thrustmaster grip to be rotated..."
  22. Yes, it took quite a long time (holding the button) for the radio to change channel. Because it had to cycle through 6 channels to reach 7?
  23. Just tried the mission, and it works for me.
  24. I personally think that's a misguided opinion, but an enormous number of your fellow users share it.
