Exactly, and i will go further with this, i find it funny how people will bag on VR saying it will handicap them in whatever choice of airframe they use... sorry but 2d is the biggest handicap, the only thing 2d currently has over VR/3d is CLarity thats it. You can not describe the tactical let alone just conventional advantage you have in VR. Your brain Operates correctly its beyond amazing how much more advantage you have in VR compared to 2d. So long story short, if your reasoning for not going VR is due to Clarity issues so be it but those who fly in 2d are the Handicapped lot. VR is amazing.

Yes well not everyone is still flying in 2d.... so actually what is in the pit looks very well and does not distract you when in a 3d space.

SR is a must, nothing worst than a bunch of annoying idiots filling the comms channels in team speak when work needs to get done. Ya sure same crap can happen in SR but atleast with that you and your wing can switch frequency on the fly to get privacy and clean secure comms

Dcs is good but it still needs some more maturing in regards to VR.

ya and i imagine we want historical ok how about taking off on a very dusty and dirty grass field like they did im sure it wasnt all that clean after takeoff. Dont really notice the spots in vr as your depth is better. Sure wipe it a bit

The Rift, and things will only get better as Wags and crew keep releasing VR enhancements for this generation of VR. Its just so hard to imagine flying on a 55inch 4k again once you go vr.

Your right, i can see how it must be difficult currently for 3rd party devs. So essentially they have to do all these fixes twice? Or do most just transfer over between 2.0 and 1.5?

Exactly, nevada is far superior than 1.5... plus its a training range perfect place to learn new modules! Plus i imagine this means 2.0 is getting the ground work done for the Normandy map integration.....:D

that but its not cockpit textures its just the general Textures setting. Other texture option is the terrain textures which should have no effect on this either.
