I think this is realistic and how it should be. Listening to what real chopper pilots say this is how a chopper is. Casmo, a formar Kiowa pilot say you hoover with back down, sort of. Another pilot say that aerodynamic make lift on left side more than right side, so to recover a chopper it is always wise to use left turn

This is kind of false. We are getting it. Just not now. If this is to hard to swallow , you just don’t install it until it got it.

Hi, I expirienced some issues in one server with Kiowa. I think it was in Rotorheads server. That day I turned down all graphics and tried several times. Game just froze. I have not encountered it since. I deem it like almost equal to Hind in performance. But less consistent Are you still experiencing some drops. I kind of want this issue a bit more clear than I am able to reproduce. Because I believe it got sort of issue. Ok I really hope they fix it. I do believe you. I read here and on Facebook groups. Several experiencing this problem

I have seen some got this problem. Mine is assigned to a ah 64 collective grip analog joystick using axis and works flawless. Is it a problem with axis or hatswitch?

I noticed if I am too high they do fly over the target. Going lower they hit

Kind of a hot potato this. The more anticipation, the more feelings. A lot of people waiting for this. And it gets pretty hot.

I am glad to hear it, I admit I enjoyed the Kiowa very much, more than expected. But logistical work and civil flying is what I prefer. I am looking forward to it

To me, latest information made it less interesting mostly because its logistics purpose is not met. But I keep my mouth shut until I test it. I honestly do not know what to expect

I use analog ah 64 grip for collective. Anis binding it is smooth.

I am not entirely agreeing with him. I flew x plane 11 and it’s so called best choppers and they could compete with DCs , msfs need the developer to ad atmosphere into it in order to get life msfs environment is dead. And I know looking to A2A Comanche. You can add life and damage model into msfs.

I was at one time dreaming about Vietnam map. F4 , Mig 19, Mig 21 Huey and Chinook. Getting a glass pit Chinook ruined that picture, and wags said they do not have map technology for big rivers and water and altitude but at one time they get there. Skyriders Thuds and all that. I just ain’t sure you are right. It might work perfectly, just with less features than we hoped for. I bought the H 140 in msfs, supposed to be the best ever in msfs. It just do not tic my interest. The total lack of environment make choppers in that sim like drones. Concerns people have might or might not be true. CH 47 Chinook is a very stable transporter, I am not sure it is my cup of tea without a solid foundation of logistical task to do. I knew this when buying it, so should people more knowledgeable than me do too. I say give it a chance, personally I think it will take a long while until it and its tasks are implemented.

Well for us rotorheads liking the Hind. This is the best ever campaign. I am currently, when not interrupted by urge to fly the Kiowa doing it for a second time. It is a great one, I enjoy every mission. But sometimes I do not have that much time, the only thing preventing me to fly it more often is time.

In short , it will come. I think with such a big list of missing features it will take as long as AH 64 to be finished. Don’t get me wrong, I like to have all these things too. But fact is, we ain’t getting them in first release. It is same with life itself. You play with cards your dealt. This mass hysteria every time a modul approaches is getting pretty old. One of the most complete modules delivered to us got the same treatment, the Kiowa. And it is a real treat.

Oh I care. But I am fed up about this pre hysterical issues you guys seems to come up with before handed a module. Why not fly it before you judge? Why pre buy in the first place? I want my hand in this module no matter its shortcomings. You seem to regret your purchase, why not just try to get a refund? Eventually it will be up to your standards. I will say everything with the KA 50 is better than other attack helicopter we have, except the ability to spot and aim with the help of a ai crewman who knows where everything is. Personally I struggle to find threats online before I am hit by them without that help. But the capability of the KA 50 is amazing.

It is early access. They will give a broader access and they will have serious reports of problems. They do not need other kind of support than our honest opinion on a product we actually spent time in. In their opinion the module is in a state they find it ready for such a test. If you do not have that faith in a developer you should not take part in early access. In fact my guesses is ED do not wish you to buy early access. I have a VP force ffb base , if fb is not supported at release. I am not sure how my stick will respond. If it respond when not assigned to a craft I am good. Then it is a very accurate stick. I do not call many statements concerns. I like to call it something else. But I get banned if I say it

Do you know what level of importance needed to call things concern? this is not a matter of concern, it is people looking for something to make a drama. It is not a concern. I will look closely on what I get when I get it. I will report all shortcomings not explained to me in beforehand. And I will silently consider if I buy another pre buy if it is in a state I can’t enjoy it. Then I place my concerns on pretty much a million problems in real world if not more. I use this sim to get away from that. I have no concerns for a game
