Recent european conflicts are only Ukraine and "Operation Allied Force", anything older than this I wouldn't consider "recent". The only possible candidate that comes to mind is a F-16A/AM or some kind of Su-25. But i would be very skeptical about these two picks. I think we are still out of tracks. Of course a F-104S or AV-8B+ would fit the description but these are already taken projects (technically the 104 by Aerges will probably be a G variant so the S is still free but still, I don't think that's the case).

Stanno ancora lavorando solo al modello 3d, niente cockpit ancora, niente modello di volo, niente avionica, niente armi. Bisogna dargli tempo, secondo una mia umilissima stima, stiamo parlando di non meno di 5 anni.

Thanks, i will do some research. Do you know if Hornets A were able to use Nite Hawk FLIR pods? Because as far as i understand it start to be integrated from C Lot 12 (Night attack)

Hi, I used to have a mission in Persian Gulf with a nice heavy sandstorm (wind and dust smoke), however i re-opened this mission yesterday and it was just a windy day, no dust visible. I tried with different settings and creating different missions but still, no sand dust visible. Hope to see a fix soon, it was very nice.

Ma si dai, alla fine l'uscita è imminente, che si tratti di aspettare due settimane o due mesi non è quello che cambia, c'è gente che aspetta da 10 anni. Non sono certo questi ultimi giorni/settimane che renderanno l'attesa "inattesibile". Morale: si aspetta quel che c'è da aspettare. P.S: poi ci sono persone come me che aspettano da troppo tempo il Tornado e sanno che prima di 10 anni rimarranno ancora a bocca asciutta quindi i fan del Mudhen possono reputarsi molto fortunati.

I really really really hope the devs will solve this issue because doing BFM is painful, and i'm so sad to tell this because this could be so much fun, it's by far the most powerful trainer for BFM but one little "mistake" and you're done, without any warning. Unfortunally DCS lack of consistency because there are many external developers and everyone choose their way to do the modules, this is a perfect example of non-consistency: MB.339 rip its wings at 8,5g and a F-5 can do 10-11g.

Since I saw many German liveries is it still planned to be E model ONLY? with just german liveries on it? Don't get me wrong, i'm fine with this choice but having a real F-4F would be something else with not too much work (at least I think, maybe i'm totally wrong). If i recall correctly we are talking about different amount of fuel and removing AIM-7 capabilities, all the rest should be the same, right? I'm thinking about it only because we are talking about Heatblur and we know they like to do many variants of the same plane for the correct time period or scenary. Hope this will be the case. -
Yeah, all M3 sound are... meh. I really hope they'll change pace with the Corsair and do a overhaul for the Mig-21, it deserve it

Onestamente non credo si tratti di un bug quanto più della presenza di 3 strati di nuvole belli corposi e il particellare della neve, sicuramente tutto questo ha un peso rispetto a un cielo quasi sereno. Come detto voglio tenere la grafica bella alta quindi le nuvole sono impostate su Ultra, sicuramente abbassando un po' la qualità di queste ultime risolverei un po' il problema ma dopo diventano blurrose e non lo sopporto. Detto questo avevo una mezza idea di passare a una GPU della serie 3000, specialmente con l'idea di passare al VR, cosa che al momento col mio setup non mi sento di fare, almeno non fino all'implementazione di Vulkan.

C'è scritto GPU BOUND. Ho fatto altri test e ho scoperto che avevo prestazioni così basse perchè ero nel mio server con la neve, mettendo la primavera gli FPS sono aumentati a 50-60FPS anche in missioni pesanti e anche sulla Supercarrier, solo il Mig-21 richiede una decina di FPS in più, mentre per gli altri moduli (Hornet, Tiger e Su-25T) mi attesto sui 50-60 già citati. Anche alcuni problemi di stutter che avevo sembrano migliorati. Di fianco a GPU BOUND ci sono gli FPS teorici che si aggirano tra 80 e 100 FPS. Morale della favola, non giocate con la neve

Io ho indubbiamente un setup vecchio con una 1070 e processore i7-6700K e speravo di poter ambire anche io a miglioramenti di prestazioni. Non ho notato nessun cambiamento di FPS, forse solo sulla supercarrier qualcosa c'è ma parliamo di non più di 5 FPS, per mia fissa tendo a giocare con la grafica abbastanza pompata e rimango intorno ai 30FPS nelle missioni pesanti, 50FPS in quelle leggere, ovviamente parlo di gioco in 2D, a 1440p. Spero in futuro di vedere miglioramenti anche per computer vecchietti perchè non avevo intenzione di cambiarlo solo per DCS.

Mig-21PFM is the way to go, it is THE Mig-21, perfect from vietnam even to desert storm, if I remember correctly it was the main variant used during every conflict involving Israel vs Egypt, or maybe it was the earlier PF bit still, pretty similar
