It might come, Thrustmaster release a new HOTAS every ten years or so. In a previous interview they said something was coming along the Hornet stick.

Regarding your choice of headset and your specs, you should probably look into the HP Reverb who offers the best clarity in VR today, none of the competition can match it at the moment. If you plan to use your VR headset only as a seated experience, the average controllers and the inside out tracking will not interfere with your experience.

While I cannot comment on the Harrier, I can surely talk about the only plane I fly, the Mirage. For your information, the Mid Life Overhaul update was originally planned for Summer 2018 a few weeks after they announced they made a deal with the French Air Force. By Summer 2018 they pushed back the update to Autumn 2018, then to Winter 2018, then to Spring 2019, then to Summer 2019. Something tells me we won't see the MLO update this Summer too. Since mid-2018, the Mirage received 3 (three !) updates - I'll let you check the content of the updates (wheel chocks, yeah !). From my point of view I can't really say that the Mirage has been actively worked on in the last year. Despite all of these promises unkept, I still have faith, somehow, that we will get our Mirage done one day.

I had this problem last week, or the week before that. When I checked my bindings, I find out that they had simply been erased. Give a look at your Control options, you never know.

I simply don't understand why some people seems so compelled to defend Razbam. I can understand you're getting annoyed with all the complaints but it does not mean these complaints are not justified. At this point Razbam is clearly at fault with bugs known for several years, some on vital functions of an aircraft. On top of that, there is little to no communication at all since the end of 2018, the team simply decided to abandon their forum section. I think that new players or veterans looking for a Razbam module should be aware of the current situation and the problems Razbam is facing. It's almost four years since the release of the Mirage and none of their planes are completed. This is something that everyone should be aware of. At some point Razbam will succeed to deliver and we will celebrate them for that, until then we're just waiting for them to prove they can manage to get out of early access a single module. Early access can be a good thing, but on this present case it is not unfortunately. @jojo : Comparing the Hornet's development to the Harrier or Mirage ones is a bit of a strech, there is absolutely no comparison possible between those modules. The Hornet while being in early access for a year had continuous support from ED with regular (significatives) updates and communication. Razbam, I still plan to buy your Mirage 2000-5)))

If you fly missions on public servers sure, the mission complexity and its environment won't be very high. But if you fly your own missions or MP missions with several dozens players dedicated to simulate intricate situations then the lack of a WSO could be detrimental.

Thank you for your reply NineLine. I know there is very little chance that even a mesh would be added to the current map ; after all Wags warned us that the current version was final. If someday, by chance, a mesh could only be applied, at least we could use it to place the local A2/AD systems and enhance further our immersion. I do realize it must be an insignificant player base looking after this kind of detail.

Have your ever flown on this map to make such deceiving claim ? Your frantic interventions towards anyone willing to make this game better is alarming. Again, I was not asking for a full resolution representation of Bahrein, just a landmass with stragetegic and geopolitic value in the region.

Considering a lot of people are currently running VR headsets with a PD value comprised between 1.3 and 2.0 without major issues, I can't really see why we could not run the Reverb with a neutral 1.0 value and still benefit from its clarity.

I don't get your argument about the "All of Persian Gulf map" modelization. Bahreïn is within the limits of the actual map. I was not arguing about the fact that the island had to be populated with cities, airports and ports, but that the entire island is missing. They could have put the island even without texture to give some sense of orientation, but no the entire kingdom is simply gone. This is really odd to erase an entire country (just an island mind you) from a region as important as this one. I'd love to know the reason why they chose this path. Look at this map and the localisation of the Bahreïn Patriot site. Is this a strech to think they could have put a "piece of land" at this place even with a generic texture to allow us to place SAM systems ?

I do not doubt you are experiencing a problem. Something similar happened to me once as I was the only one having a problem with the radar in the squadron ; I had to uninstall the module and reinstall it after a repair to recover the use of my equipment. C'est la vie !
