  1. Think it as a tiny wheel, rolls forward and back for an input, will spring back to center, and a depress down for the third input.
  2. I haven’t experienced any issues beyond Twitch chat not connecting. Beyond that, the plugin has functioned great on my end.
  3. The three position is a forward and back rocker, and with depress. All function just fine in any game/title. It is an addition, not on a RL Hornet stick. Paddle, NWS, REECE are single press buttons Castle and Weapons select is 5-way Trim is 8-way Two-staged trigger 3-way rocker
  4. No. There is a three-position rocker below the castle switch. That plus the 5-way castle switch equals the same amount of inputs from the Hats on the Warthog e.g. TMS and DMS switches. All other buttons function the same as the existing ones on the Warthog. No clue why the image is rotated the wrong way. It wasn't uploaded that way. Image is from the 2018 E3 convention.
  5. The F/A-18C Hornet stick from TM has the same amount of buttons as the existing Warthog stick. You do not lose functions, buttons, etc.
  6. Realistic laser codes sure, while we are at it lets add realistic weapon load times too, including waiting on AMMO. Also arming at EOR, and of course the hang fires as well.
  7. Make sure yardstick tacan is not between 1-36, and 64-99. The best values is between 37-63. Beyond that, I don't know if any new issues has popped up.
  8. Open that Twitch2DCS-1.0.3Beta folder and drag the Mods and Scripts folder out to that directory where the Twitch2DCS folder resides. Once that is complete delete that Twitch2DCS folder. Mods and Scripts should reside in /Saved Games/DCS/
  9. Logbook.lua is in the saved games folder/mission editor folder. The logbook has the campaign progress data within it.
  10. I'm stuck on this one for the similar issues.
  11. I have disassembled mine plenty of times and never had the clip jump.
  12. Remove rubber oring by rolling it off towards the end with your fingers. Then pull the rod out from the c clip end, leaving the clip in place. Over thinking it, trust me it is really simple. ;)
  13. Probably the rolling / wind bug that was introduced. https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=233505
  14. https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/support/ submit a ticket from that link. I did the same a year or so ago. They updated within a few days.
  15. What ever changes you do, please never do airstarts. The exception being the opening mission, that is fine as we don't have a world in DCS World.
  16. I was hoping the Hornet had this, as that is the purpose of the HOTAS. Oh well, makes the upcoming Viper even more superior.
  17. I get the deedle on every flight in Nevada, exactly when passing through 19800, clears at 20200. When descending back down for lower altitude, the warning appears at 20200 and self clears at 19800.
  18. If landing at correct speed, the viper is aero-braked on touch down. Keep the nose at 10° up until below 100kts and let it slowly come down. If done correctly, you will have plenty of runway remaining.
  19. Right?! Doesn’t make me feel great either.
  20. One on station 3 and one on station 7. Station 4 and 6 (where the wing tanks are normally in A/G configs) does not have video feed. Nearly 20 years and counting around different versions of the Viper, never seen the LAU-88 loaded on the Viper in any employment.
  21. Carrier takeoff trim values need to be set prior to cat launch. The default trim is for land based takeoffs, and is set when the trim reset button is pressed in the cockpit (aft of throttles). Carrier values: Need 16 degrees of Nose up for a weight of <44000 Need 17 degrees of Nose up for a weight of 45000-48000 Need 19 degrees of Nose up for a weight of >49000. Reference the FCS page to see trim values.
  22. I have used a lot of pedals over the years. My favorite was the Simpeds, sadly no longer in production and the version I have has the gameport plug... I went to MFGs afterwards but couldn't really enjoy them, as I was accustomed to the heel on the floor design of the Simpeds. I have never been a fan of pedals where your entire foot rest on the pedal. I currently use the TM TPRs and they are designed to match my wishes; heels on the floor. It comes down to what you want: budget, style, toebrakes? All rudder pedals do yaw, but not all have toebrakes.
  23. I wouldn't recommend using windows to calibrate, it does weird things to axes. Use the TM calibration tool.
  24. Marcq, are you in the states? I think I have one laying around here. I'll look for it today and will update you as quickly as I can. If you're not in the states, the shipping would probably be over the price of what TM has for a new one.
